The only negative about the process was the shipping cost vs delivery time. The cost was steep for the amount of time it took to arrive.

The website is easy to use. Found the part i needed. It came promptly. It was a good experience and I would recommend Gm Parts Giant.

Got item I need, and it fit perfectly.

Took over a week to ship. Ordered Monday. I emailed asking for shipping info and I was told that it was shipping the next day. This was Thursday. A shipping label was created Saturday. It didn’t actually ship until Monday. One week after I ordered. Don’t order from here if you need it in a reasonable amount of time

Wouldn’t take unopened parts back after a 2 day span. Waited over a month for a RMA exception, only to find out it was denied. Avoid this circus altogether if you can..

The boxes were completely unopened, neither the shipping box that it came in, or the manufacturer’s packaging, which was both stated in the RMA request. The parts were completely unopened/unused. As if your response to this review isn’t enough evidence of your lack of understanding, because it clearly states in the review “unopened”.
This again only adds to the insanity that you call a customer service program.

Absolutely do not use this company ever.

This is my first time ordering from you. The bundle of parts I ordered were almost 200 dollars cheaper than my local Honda dealership wanted for them. The shipping was decent. And the packaging was the best I have seen! Everyone else just throws a part in a box and lets it rattle around.

Customer service is a joke. Passed me around 3-4 times. Delaying the part eta time and I can’t cancel the order, never again will I use their company for any parts.
