They say items are in stock but aren’t, then they drag their feet telling you they don’t have it

Place my Order On December 12th 2024

On Dec 17, 2024 08:08 AM Part 13556047 received email from them stating
"Good morning,
Thank you for your order! All of the parts fit the vin you provided. But, part 13556047 is on backorder with no ETA. IF you'd like I can remove this part and proceed with the rest of the order. Or I can get you started on our refund process.
Thank you,
Parts Overstock"

2ND REQUEST BEGINNING CHARGE BACK ACTION IF NO RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS AS TO THE STATUS OF THIS ORDER.

ON Jan 14th 2024 at 9:15am CST Contacted them by phone to see status of Order. Was told they had been waiting on the VIN and he see it is there now. Advised them that the VIN was sent with initial order and their initial email reply stated that the parts would work with my VIN. He then stated that it looked like parts are on their way, that he would prioritize the order and get the parts out right away. - 3 LIES IN ONE CALL, EXCELLENT SERVICE

AT 10:50AM RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM THEM

"This is to confirm that order #48830 has been canceled, and the payment for your order has been voided.

We appreciate your business, and hope you will shop with us again!"

Worst online parts store, avoid at all costs and report them to GMC HQ

I placed an order in September and have no part or response. Place is a scam don’t order from this website.

Beware! I used gmpartsoverstock.com for my parts. Do not waste your money on expedited shipping as they only ship standard. Plus I gave these guys my VIN and they still shipped the wrong parts and only gave me a partial refund. You have been warned, use at your own discretion.
