Leighview Social Support Ltd
Leighview Social Support Ltd was first introduced to Care Quality Support Ltd on 8 December 2023 in Bristol, at a time when we had just established our domiciliary care services in Devon and were facing significant operational challenges due to the terrain and service demands.
Care Quality Support Ltd agreed to support us across all areas of our services. Their support went far beyond advisory input; on several occasions, they represented us in person, including meetings with the Devon Contracts Team. Just to mention a few of the staff, Godfrey, Atalia and Wilson, of Care Quality Support Ltd took full responsibility for liaising with the Palms Team, and as a result of their direct involvement, we successfully passed the inspection. All employee relations matters were also professionally managed by Care Quality Support Ltd, led by Wilson Mathe.
At the same time, Care Quality Support Ltd was supporting us in the Essex area with the setup of Ofsted-registered children’s homes—a complex and demanding process. This support included Registered Manager and Responsible Individual interview preparation, mock inspections, staff file audits, and continuous compliance guidance. The level of support was exceptional, often extending close to 24-hour availability. There were occasions when we were still working at 11:00 pm due to the volume of work and the high standards required to meet Ofsted expectations as guided by Care Quality Support Ltd.
With their support, we successfully registered several children’s homes—an achievement we genuinely did not believe was possible at the outset.
In Gloucestershire, when we were on the verge of giving up our contract, Care Quality Support Ltd once again stepped in to provide critical compliance support, enabling us to continue. We remain in active partnership with Care Quality Support Ltd to this day and highly value their professionalism, commitment, and expertise.
