Bad customer service
One of the items were broken when I received it. I contacted customer service the day after I got the package and they said I should have reported the issue to the postal service within 4 hours after receiving the package. The package itself was not damaged, just the item inside the box. It was also poorly packaged. No protection inside the box.
I told customer service that I didn’t contact the postal service and asked them how I could have known that I had to make my complaint to another company. I never heard back from them again.
I would not recommend this shop
