My experience with gnnhealth was really good. From the airport pickup to the drop-off back, everything was taken care of. The gnnhealth team was always responsive and provided me with all the information I needed. The doctor really took time for me to talk about my needs and give me the best advise. Even after I was back home, they regularly checked in to see how the healing process was going.

From the very first message, Cansel was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She listened carefully to everything we were hoping for and guided us with honesty, patience, and genuine care. Her communication was always clear and supportive, and she took the time to follow up, answer every question, and even called us personally to offer the most generous discount she could — always thinking about what would be best for our family.

Although we weren’t able to move forward with GNN due to our own personal circumstances, we can confidently say that this centre, and Cansel in particular, left a lasting impression on us. The level of service, kindness, and professionalism we received was second to none.

What an adventure and what a service from GNNHealth.

My first contact via WhatsApp was immediately familiar because I spoke to a super sweet, non-pushy lady Cansel, she knew how to help me right away and really had an answer to all my questions, which immediately gave me a very familiar feeling. Well actually from that moment on I started arranging everything in Belgium that is where I come from and Cansel has arranged everything for me in Istanbul from that moment on. Arriving in Istanbul I was neatly picked up and dropped off at the hotel where I was well taken care of and could go straight to my beautiful hotel room. Yes and the next day I was operated on and also in the private clinic everything is fine and there is a great team that takes care of you, the nurses are also very sweet and specialized and know exactly what you need, I made this trip all by myself and was alone for 6 days, luckily Cansel was there for me when I needed her, thank you dear Cansel for everything you did for me.

I live in the UK and went to Turkey for my procedure. I went for liposuction and fat transfer to breast and hips. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself

Good guidance from beginning till the end.

I had my BBL operation in December, I waited before giving my review to see the results. Im supper happy, good guidance through WhatsApp and phone before arrival. The full team is very well knowledged on the full journey. Good doctor, had a good feeling about our first consultation first on video digitally than in the hospital. Hospital was not something super luxury but I chose for a cheaper option, still it was clean and good.

Most important good results, I'm getting so many compliments about my body. So if you are not sure who to chose, just send GNN Health a message and they will help you perfectly.

I originally planned my hair transplant (HT) with a different clinic but switched to GNN last minute, and I can tell you I have 0 regrets about it.

Before I landed in Turkey the person I spoke to was very helpful (Zeynep) and even spoke my own language (Dutch).

The moment I landed in Istanbul, I was picked up by GNN' chauffeur in a nice van. I was brought to a very beautiful hotel where I was received and welcomed.

On the second day Zeynep was also present with the chauffeur in the hotel lobby and we went to the clinic to get the procedure done. We met the doctor and spoke to him to see what was the best option for me.

I underwent the procedure which took 4.5 hours for 4000 grafts. The medical staff is very respectful and nice. Once you finish the procedure, they will sit you in a lobby where you wait for the chauffeur and you will also receive food while waiting. You will also be receiving a bag with your sleeping pillow and medication and shampoo's.

Once back at the hotel Zeynep explained what I can/can't do for the following days/weeks. It's very detailed but luckily it's all written on paper which they gave you so you can always check what you need to do.

On the third day Zeynep took me to get my head cleaned at the same clinic where I had my HT. They sit you down in a barber type of chair and will wash/clean your scalp with the shampoo they gave you and explain how to apply it.

After this was done, it's just time to relax and I flew back the day after.

So in general:
- Great personal 1 on 1 care, really good contact with GNN who take the time to explain everything properly to you. You don't feel pushed to quickly do something
- Very hospitable people
- Great hotel with amazing facilities, like a pool, gym etc.
- Very nice chauffeur who takes you to all your appointments and back to the hotel and also picks you up from the airport and drives you back.
- Very clean and professional medical experts who perform the HT .

I'm very glad I chose GNN, now I just need my hair to grow back for a final result.

I went to Gnn in June 2022 for a hair transplant. From the pick up at the airport to the visits to the clinic everything went well. The doctor also spoke good English and the follow-up treatment at the hotel by the nurse was also good and reassuring.

Now 4 months later I am already starting to see the effect of the treatment and I am already happy with this.

A luxurious shuttle picked me up from the airport and brought to a great 5 star hotel. The next day my treatment started in a professional looking dentist without any complications. The dentist was sweet and understanding what helped overcome my fear for dentist, GNN health assistance with translation and hospitality was very helpful and very much appreciated. A few days later I got the Hollywood smile I always dreamed of. Words can't express how happy I am!
