This website and company are a total scam. All the so-called positive reviews are fake and misleading.

We made a purchase, but never received the bike. Instead, they took our money and personal information. After realizing the fraud, we reported the case to the authorities. The bank has activated its fraud investigation team.
With the help of friend cybersecurity specialist, we were able to trace the scam back to an individual operating from Morocco, specifically in the Rabat or Salé region. We work to identified the person behind it and obtained their name and photo.
Stay away from this website and help protect others

Unfortunately, i don't have any information about my order. I payed the bill already. They don't answer.

I am afraid I didn't get anything for what I payed for.
I paid for an e-bike purchase, that never arrived.
The company (seller) never to responded to my delivery update requests.
The company with which I bank with, haven't as yet managed to get back my money. It's a sting in the tail
from my prospective about e-commerce. Most products are made somewhere else and not in the country in which you live. People are having to spend the hard earnt dollar, euro and the pound, overseas. The worst fact is loosing the money on scams.
Be aware!

This site seems a scam and these are fake positive reviews all the positive ones only done one review total and the negative ones more i think Trustpilot should look into this. The whole thing looks and feels fishy no reviews on aliexpress i would watch out ordering here

I've just received my second E-bike (Talaria MX5) , and once again , the quality is excellent.
I'm honestly puzzled by the negative reviews, are those even real? My experience has been nothing but excellent.
Big thanks to Peter for his helpful advice and support. I highly recommend Gnope.

How on earth can trust pilot give this company such a glowing positive review when it is very clear 41% of the reviewers state categorically the company took their money and delivered nothing?

The website seems professional...
I paid for an e-bike after a few promising emails with Hannah, the support admin.
They stopped communicating after the payment, and I still have not heard back after 10+ emails.
It's a scam, I lost money!!!!

Wasting time, no response via what's app? No real shop or exhibition room.
Be carefully, this is a scam.
Also there is no proper impressum on the website according to European law.
Just buy what you can touch forehand.

can someone tell me what happens if you buy their dirtbikes through aliexpress if they are thhe seller bcs im suspicious

Prices are too good, so did not trust it.
But Website looks legit..
When you order to get a confirmation via e-mail that looks legit..
When you send a whatsapp they react..
You can only pay by transfer to a company with a different name?

Did not fully trust it but they have a few positive reviews? Trustpilot, how is this possible..!!

Because once you have paid no more reaction via whatsapp!! No more reaction via e-mail…

IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

This company is 100% a scam. Despite looking professional and having other positive reviews even on Trustpilot (which I assume are fake) these guys will take your money and then stop all communication with you.
Initially someone responded on the whatsapp contact details to fulfil payment but when asked where order was, they went totally silent and never answered, similarly no response to emails and needless to say no bike was ever delivered.
Stay away from this mob so that you do not get scammed like I did.

I recently had a very negative experience with gnope.com, and I strongly advise caution.

I initially searched online for the Shengmilo S600 e-bike and found it listed by gnope.com on AliExpress, which I trusted. Unfortunately, AliExpress did not offer delivery to my address through this seller, so I visited gnope.com directly.

Before purchasing, I checked the reviews on Trustpilot, where I found only positive feedback, which convinced me to trust the site. Based on these reviews, I proceeded to transfer the money directly to gnope.com.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a well-orchestrated scam. After completing the payment, the seller stopped responding, and I never received the bike.

I have already reported this issue to my bank and will be filing a report with the police as well.

Please be extremely careful when dealing with gnope.com; it appears to be fraudulent despite appearing credible initially.

i just received my bike in time fast shipping and good prices
