I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. They make you think it’s all gonna be glorious with the training but you wait for going live on the phones! With the Warm Home Discount Scheme which I was put on the software wasn’t even finished by the time we all went live. We were all panicking and struggling because of their lack of preparation and software which made us all look stupid. Then there was the lack of breaks and lunches due to going over on the calls. 4 mins for toilet breaks for a whole 8 hour day. What a joke! The calls were back to back with no gap. If you like being worked like a slave or a 3rd world worker and talked down to by team leader in her teens then go for it. The government don’t realise they are outsourcing to utter slave drivers that treat their staff like cattle. Leaderboard. Huddle board - give me a break! It is all designed to get more out of the staff for minimum wages. Look elsewhere unless you want a mental breakdown. I lasted 1 day and knew I had to get out!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They should be shut down!
They didn't know how many open positions they actually had.
Upon successful interview I was given a start-date which was then pushed back 'indefinitely', I was also given twenty separate emails all asking for information to update onto the company's HR system, however no log-in information was ever given, the HR department had no idea an account was even required and the support desk was little help either.
All of this was for nothing, as the company recently informed me they don't actually have any positions anyway due to misjudging the amount of positions they had.
Didn't work with anyone there obviously so I can't speak to that, but that level of incompetence is more than a little worrying.
UKCCF Scotland Exec Club
We recently had the pleasure of running a UKCCF networking event at the Go-centric offices in Glasgow. From the time we walked through the door the customer experience was 5 star. freshly made coffee and pastries on arrival and escorted to our meeting room for the session which has probably the largest wall mounted TV's I have ever seen. The whole experience was fantastic and we cant wait to get back to run another session at their offices.

Jabra Event at GoCentric Offices in Glasgow
We had the best experience from start to finish at the premises in Glasgow the staff were amazing from front desk, IT and management. Our guests were looked after from the moment the walked in to the moment they left. Food choices were amazing catered for everyone's needs. Hot and Cold drinks whenever we needed them and just a happy office to be in. The atmosphere was great and i wouldn't hesitate to use the premises again in the future. Thank you Natasha and Mark for being so approachable and friendly we felt nothing was too much.

Good Company to work for
I've been working for Go-centric for over a year and half. I started as a call handler then moved to the QA department on secondment where I developed and gained further skills as a Quality Assurance Executive and in the last few months I was promoted to Quality Assurance Team Leader.
No company is 100% perfect all the time but as with anything you get out what you put in. I've gained valuable skills and had the opportunity to work with a great colleagues and a supportive management team.

Fabulous work experience
I loved working for Go-centric and could not fault them. I worked as a temporary call handler and found the entire work experience very positive. The management, team leaders and ops managers were very supportive and I would recommend the company to anyone who is conscientious and positive.

Unpleasant Experience From Start To Finish
In my experience Go Centric is a poor company to work for, I was hired as a home-based Call Agent, from the day I was hired I experienced widespread incompetence when a serious data breach placed me on Go Centric's systems under someone else's name and for three weeks nobody would believe me. It took four months for the problems to be fully addressed, remedied, investigated, apologised and compensated for by management. That only happened when I contacted Go Centric's Chairman directly and threatened to sue the company, report to a major client and expose to the media. Go Centric realised the damage they had caused me, the damage I could cause them and fixed things but by then the damage was done and I handed in my notice. The Chairman thanked me for alerting him to the problems in the company and making the company a better place but that came too late to help me, he and others thanked me for not reporting them to the client and the media.
For four months I had direct access to the Chairman and two senior personnel so I could go straight to the top to solve issues that had previously been ignored by others, it was good to have that access but the Chairman regretted it was necessary to have access no other Call Agent enjoyed. Such was the incompetence and toxic behaviour rampant within the company, incompetence and toxicity that my complaint and subsequent internal investigation exposed.
The company takes great pride in their motto and values of "Kind Honest People" but did not practice those values towards me. The Chairman personally said I was "the type of person Go Centric was truly proud to employ" and admitted both Go Centric and he personally had failed me. I was invited to visit the offices where I was hosted by a Manager and photos of me were taken on-site, the Manager made the decision to post those photos to Go Centric's LinkedIn page which was confirmed by the Chairman but the photos were rejected after staff objected, presumably because of my complaint and the subsequent investigation.
Go Centric promotes the values of "Kind Honest People" but when it comes to my experience, they do not exercise those values.
On the 1st December 2022 Go Centric went into liquidation with immediate effect, the company is no longer trading.
Go Centric - Appalling
300 people made redundant with 5 minutes notice.
The Chief Operating Officer is either incompetent or duplicitous.
Either way the COO should be disqualified from being a director of a company.
Apparently “didn’t see it coming” when a major contract was pulled with less than 24 hrs notice.
Poor contract management and drafting or perfidious in explaining.
Avoid where possible.

I have been with go-centric for almost a year now. Started as a call handler, I then moved to a different department then got a promotion. Working here was meant to be a stop gap but I ended up staying as I've never felt so valued by a business, colleagues and management. I have truly landed on my feet, I have been given every opportunity to progress and worked hard to get where I am. I have have had great support and guidance along the way. I have made mistakes along the way but have never been penalised or held back from progressing, if anything being honest is something go-centric value highly. If your looking to put in your all and work hard then go-centric is the place to be!

Go Centric - My View
Go Centric
Let me tell you about Go-Centric.
They are a fast moving, young, innovative and inclusive workplace.
People are centric to who they are and what they do and ‘Go’ describes their action, they are dynamic and able to mobilise at intense pace to the needs of their clients.
As an employee I could be accused of having a biased view but I pride myself on honesty and objectivity and am not swayed by influencers.
We have worked with and continue to be a trusted partner of some extremely prestigious clients and the opportunity for growth and development for the business commercially and from an employee progression plan perspective is exponential.

After becoming disengaged with contact centres I had retrained pre-pandemic and went into business for myself which was relatively successful but unfortunately like so many other self employed people I had to find another means of income due to Covid closing me down for an unknow period of time. I began my journey with Go-Centric 16 months ago and they have completely changed how I view Contact Centres by always putting people at the front of what they do. I have been supported fully throughout my time with Go-C at all levels. I am valued as a member of the team and no matter whether I am having a good day, bad day or other there are always good people around me looking to lift me higher.

Odd company
Weird company .. was meant to start tomorrow after waiting 4 months of on and off start months, laptop also delivered today, dropped last min with no explanation only that the Client NHS no longer needed us ...after I mentioned child care and set shifts the day before...funny that .
also alot of data breaches such as sending an email but on the cc it has about 40 other peoples email address which didn't happen once but about 3 or 4 times which I will be reporting to the ICO .. also I uploaded ID , bank details alot of other stuff gave permission for dbs check , which I will also ask for the company to delete the of my personal data as it is now against the law to have since I won't even be at the company.
I feel like they made up that I had a job the past 4 months to get funding from the government as that is how a agency works . I will be looking to take legal action as the working of the company does seem shady and very illegal .
Updating review
Got an email asking for feedback and told they were doing an investigation into it all but not been emailed back after I got told there was a role in a few weeks I could have but I said no as I can't trust the company , also said I'd like to hear the out come of their so called investigation which I believe to be false .. not heard anything back after my last email

I joined the company in November 2021, I was able to work my first few weeks around the final part of my masters completion at university.
My first role as an HR generalist has allowed me to meet so many different wonderful people across our business.
I am now head of HR department as the HR business partner. My passion for people makes go-centric my employer of choice. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our people!

go-centric has provided me with endless opportunities right from the day I was hired. I work in a fantastic team of driven and passionate individuals who encourage me everyday to do well!
The people are what makes this company so great, everyone is so supportive and friendly, if I'm ever unsure of something I know I can ask my colleagues without feeling silly! I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and cannot wait to see myself flourish in the company.
Don't hesitate to apply, you won't regret it...the go-centric family is the place to be!
