Go Learn Tuition provides friendly, personalised tuition for primary-aged children, helping them to build confidence and make progress in a supportive learning environment. Run by Jayne Davies, a qualified teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, Go Learn Tuition offers individual and small-group support for children across Key Stages 1 and 2. Tuition is tailored to each child, with a particular focus on identifying gaps, developing secure understanding and making learning enjoyable. Support is available in English and maths, including reading, comprehension, writing, spelling, handwriting, number skills, times tables and mathematical problem solving. Lessons use a variety of activities, games and carefully chosen resources to keep children engaged and to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. One-to-one tuition is available in Blockley in the North Cotswolds, with online tuition and group learning opportunities also available. Go Learn Tuition also runs specialist online programmes such as reading clubs, designed to develop children’s comprehension, discussion and higher-level reading skills in an enjoyable group setting. Parents are kept informed about their child’s learning and progress, and tuition is adapted as their needs develop. The aim is not simply to complete more schoolwork, but to help children become more confident, independent learners.

Exceptional tutor who genuinely understands how children learn

Jayne has been tutoring our son in maths and English and the difference has been noticeable from the outset. In the very first session she quickly pinpointed the specific gaps in his knowledge rather than working through a generic syllabus, and she built a plan around exactly what he needed.

What sets her apart is the creativity she brings. Every session is structured around fun, engaging activities that keep him interested and motivated, so he is learning without it ever feeling like a chore. He looks forward to his weekly session, which is not something I expected to be able to say about extra maths and English.

His confidence has grown alongside his ability, and we can see the progress in his schoolwork. Jayne is professional, warm and clearly invested in my son's development. I would recommend her without hesitation to any parent looking for a tutor who will make a real difference.
