Really unhappy with me experience, I booked a free consultation for an email to confirm when it was and when I would get a call which was at 5pm it got to 5:30 still nothing so I decided to call their customer line in which I was told if you don’t get a call by 6 they aren’t interested in your case. Which is just so rude, I would like to think you shouldn’t be sending confirmations to people you’re not going to call

I was very excited to have an opportunity to speak to this company for a free consultation to help with a very distressing situation. My husband took an hour off work and the appointment was booked in for a weeks time. I received an email for me to confirm the appointment which I did and we gathered our papers together at the correct time and waited to be called. After 40 minutes I emailed to see if there was a problem and received no answer. They never called or responded to explain there had been an issue on their part. Complete waste of our time and has delayed us resolving our problem by a week. Thanks guys. When will I learn not to trust internet promises. Free consultation too good to be true!

I booked an ILA appointment with Karim which was completed the next day, the document he provided was rejected as a wet ink signature was required. I contacted Karim who passed it on to a colleague who was supposed to have posted the wet ink signed copy to me. The document never arrived despite asking multiple times and being reassured it was on the way, because of this I missed my completion date and penalised as I trusted that the document would arrive and I was not able to arrange an alternative in time. I contacted his colleague directly and am still waiting for a response

I tried to sign up for the online legal ai tool and kept getting the same error message. I emailed support and repeatedly got a link to the exact same page that gave the error message. Absolutely useless on all fronts. Don't bother, look elsewhere!
