Also agree with everyone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOTS if you they are using a supplier.

go10 is genuinely the worst experience I've ever had. No phone number, email responses are awful, tracking number not working and no one can doing anything about it. Boots dont seem to be able to get through to them.

Absolutely hopeless going round in circles, 2 of the numbers are not recognised, sent 2 emails cant speak to anyone, parcel not turned up Evri no idea & Boots cant do anything, keep getting told to contact G10 nobody can be bothered

Agree with the previous reviewer. I ordered two of the same items on the same day but at different times. One of the items was delivered on 4 Dec (now 16th) but the other one has not. I have tried several times to track my order on their website but even though I put in the order number correctly and my phone number (even tried the ‘anonymous’ email they suggest) but cannot track my item. I’ve emailed them but no response. I contacted boots customer service who gave me a case ref no but still haven’t heard back from them. This is extremely annoying as this item is a Christmas gift and still needs to be posted. I can’t get the item anywhere as they’ve all sold out. One of my daughters is going to be disappointed and it’s going to be embarrassing for me! Suggest you only order to a Boots store and don’t order items which come from a supplier.

This must be a scam company, telephone only gives email contact information, but then, emails bounce back. website had no contact info, company info at all. No one seems to be working there, yet Boots.com use this what appears to be a scam company to organise what they call doorship items. Good luck with that.
