Worst airlines customer service.. we total 16ppl did booking hyd to Chandigarh holiday trip we booked transport hotels nd return flight tickets also in indigo . suddenly 5days before I got mail from go first dat my flights has been canceled due to operations issue den I request atleast arrange alternate flights one day differ before r after from my booking date dey replied me that dey can’t help only can dey do dat refunded money …now we lost almost 2lakhs rupees becoz this worst airlines …such a cheap airlines
