I booked my recent Tanzanian safari through them and they were exceptionally helpful planning and booking transportation, accommodation and transfers. The lodges and hotels they booked in Arusha, at the Crater and in the Serengeti were fantastic. The guides were excellent. The only thing that could have been better is the communication between management and my Serengeti guide in relation to the itinerary, which caused some confusion in relation to the balloon trip in the Serengeti. I would have also appreciated a “warning” that the balloon trip required a 3 am start as it takes about two hours to get from the lodge to the launching place. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend them.

So thankful we found Lauren at Go2Africa. From our first meeting we felt confident that we made the right decision. The entire booking process was seamless. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this travel company. This experience was honestly the best trip we have taken. Go to the Serengeti!

I was originally looking at National Geographic tours of Africa when I found Go2Africa. I spoke with a representative and told them what I wanted out of my trip. They were phenomenal. They put together suggestions while keeping in mind my budget and desires. They walked me through the trip from beginning to end. They have a fantastic app that outlines each day of the trip. When we finally got to Africa there care was beyond belief. We ran I to some weather issues which affected our itinerary. They helped us pivot and do other activities. I never experienced such dedication and care. I could truly go on for hours. I never take the time to write reviews but I need people to know what a fantastic option is out there for them.

I used Go2Africa to plan a multi-country vacation for my family and friends. It involved a lot of logistics and coordination — including ten flights — and everything went off without a hitch. The flights, accommodations, private tours, and transportation all worked seamlessly and smoothly.

The communication with the staff before our trip, as well as their check-ins during and after our trip, were reassuring. It was comforting knowing we had someone to contact if any of our plans went awry, but they didn’t. I will definitely be using Go2Africa for my next trip to Africa.

Communicating with the travel team was easy before and during our trip. The team was knowledgeable and super helpful in selecting the best lodges for us. They listened to our wants and aligned us with the perfect matches in Kruger. Highly recommend and I will use them for my next visit to Kenya and Rwanda.

Corne and Rosie were amazing from the very first day. Things could not have gone better. Stays were amazing, guides amazing, animals amazing!

This is my third planned safari with Go2Africa and actual 2nd safari ( the first was cancelled due to Covid in 2020).
My Go2Africa agent, Meg Van Niekerk, helped plan all three trips and could not have been more courteous, helpful, and accommodating. As someone who likes to understand every detail, I especially appreciated how thoroughly she explained how each piece fit together. The planning was meticulous, covering the camps and flights in both South Africa and Botswana, and everything went smoothly.
The service leading up to the departure was thorough and professional and Nicole Bowes (Client Experience Expert) answered all my questions related to travel documents, downloading the travel documents onto the app and even being on the ball when we discovered that the unusually high water in the Delta meant we could not land at the designated airstrip as it was under water.
Furthermore, when we encountered a hiccup at one of the camps and I contacted my agent, the problem was resolved within 2 hours.
While every agent will tell you that no animal sightings are guaranteed – that is nature – the camps we stayed at produced sightings of the animals that were on my bucket list and that we did not see in the first Safari. Kudos to Meg for her camp selections! As a wildlife and landscape photographer I have dozens of memorable experiences, which are too numerous to list here, but which are indelibly imprinted in my mind and in my photographs.
If I were planning another Safari – I would not hesitate to use Meg and Go2Africa again.

Everything was done for us. We just got to travel and enjoy our trip with no mishaps. There was someone waiting for us every time we moved to another area. I can't say enough about Go2Africa.

Communication with Stuart and Monique was very good before, during and after the trip. Lodges met expectations and I appreciate that we ended with the most luxurious lodge. Transfers between lodges and airports were seamless except to for the transfer between the second lodge and third lodge which was needlessly stressful because not enough time was allotted for the transfer and we expected Go2Africa to know this. We had to end the morning game drive at the second lodge early, miss breakfast, arrive at the third lodge 6+ hours later, miss lunch and nearly miss our afternoon game drive. This is because the transfer was scheduled as a panorama drive which promised stunning views that we didn't see because there wasn't enough time. Communication from Go2Africa after the trip advised me that they will allot a full day for the panorama drive for future guests. But shouldn't they have known there wasn't enough time? Isn't this why travelers use local travel advisors?

We loved the planning calls on Teams, it felt more personal and gave us the opportunity to let Giada know what we were after for our holiday. The Colossal greeting at O.R. Tambo airport was so special, we really appreciated the VIP treatment after a long flight. Giada and Annali planned everything perfectly, all our flights, meetings and collections ran smoothly, we didn’t need to worry about the details, they were all taken care of!
Our lodges were great and our guides always knowledgeable and attentive.
We would highly recommend Go2Africa as a travel agent for anyone planning a trip to Africa.

Go2Africa was a wonderful partner for us as we planned our safari adventure. They offered guidance, were supportive and responsive and listened to our interests and needs as we made decisions.

Go2Africa was a wonderfulcompany. Even before we left on our trip to Rwanda, they were in communication about everything we needed to know when traveling. And during the actual trip, they had a representative meet us at the airport in Kigali to help us with our bags and to get us through customs quickly and a representative from the company was with us through every step of the trip. Our driver, Yves, was especialy helpful. Would hghly recommend them.

Everything that Go2Africa organised in what was a complicated trip to Botswana involving for different lodges, worked out perfectly. Everything ran on time, their recommendations were spot on and we had the best time

We could not have picked a better company and been assigned a more knowledgeable organizer than Chanele! Although we thought we knew what we wanted to do and see, we were guided into the perfect itinerary for our 11 days! She made suggestions , made recommendations and always gave us choices within each country! Every transfer, lodge, location and activity was detailed in our itinerary with precision! We were treated like royalty at every turn and the hospitality was first class all the way at every resort/hotel. From servers to guides, all were so helpful and made our experience that more special and memorable! We packed perfectly due to the information given to us beforehand. We were prepared with VISAS, travel documents and tickets for every mode of transportation we had! You will not be disappointed if you book with go2Africa!

The first lodge we stayed in was top-class, 5/5, the second and third good, but with some issues, so 4/5. Food at all 3 were superior. The staff were very good at all 3, they were always available to help.

What made an enormous impact was our guide, Lana Joubert. She was excellent, she was knowledgeable, so easy to talk to and very flexible. She added so much value to our trip providing us with so much interesting information about the fauna, flora and life in Namibia.

The trip began with a hiccup. Lana did not show up at the airport at Windhoek, as planned, because she had been given inaccurate information about our arrival at Windhoek airport, so we took a taxi to the hotel. Lana had arrived there by then, she first apologized for the mix-up, assisted us with our check-in at the hotel, took care of our dinner that night and showed up early at the hotel the next day to ensure she was there to assist us in any way possible for us to start our journey through Namibia. She was superb!

So, overall, a great trip!

Go2Africa did an AMAZING job planning our trip to South Africa and up the eastern cape. We got to experience some of the most niche, beautiful, friendly accommodations and lovely tours. Every tour guide/Safari ranger was SO knowledgeable and made never left us bored. I really recommend working with them if you need some help from locals yet don't want someone holding your hand the whole time. However, I'm sure they'd be happy to if you wanted to haha.

I am so thankful my husband and I chose go2africa to help us with our 2 week South Africa trip! I have never used a travel agent before as I enjoy doing the research/planning myself but multiple friends suggested the benefits of using an agent for this type of trip. We did Cape Town, Wine Country and then a week outside of Kruger for a week splitting our time between 2 private reserves. Our trip started out horribly with United cancelling/missing 2 flights and we arrived 4 days late in Cape Town. Annalise, Lucy and the 24 hr support staff were there for us at all hours of the day and night to work with our ever changing flight plans. Once landed, our itinerary had been seamlessly adjusted to get in the tours that meant the most to us. The car service and all day guide they hired for us were top notch, friendly professionals. The safari camps they helped us to select were outstanding! we stayed at a 4 and 5 star camp and it was worth every penny. I already have friends asking about how to plan an African trip and I will definitely be recommending go2africa!!!

Our trip with Go2Africa was smooth and a trip of a lifetime. Giada and Annali helped us with an itinerary that was unforgettable and seamless. We were guided to three of the best Safari’s and lined up with rental cars, excursions, and excellent guides. I wouldn’t change a thing except for the weather we had in Cape Town but it was great anyway!
We met up with Giada and her husband for dinner in Cape Town. They seemed like good friends meeting up for an evening.
I can’t put into words the amazing experience we had in the safaris. The animal experience, accommodations, and especially loved all the Trackers and Guides.

Go2africa is a trustable agency. This was my first trip to South Africa and I approached Go2africa quite near to my intended travel dates. They were able to plan accordingly and also gave me advise on the attractions I hoped to visit. The travel was smooth. Special mention to the different modes of transports catered. The drivers were on-time and were very helpful.

We worked with Steve and Nicole for our South African trip plus Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. This was our first trip to Africa. Everything was great and seamless. The accommodations were amazing. We enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended.
