Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Took over 2 months and the job was no longer available. I lost 5 month of income when i could have saved $700 and just found a new job before winter. Never received any apology, i messaged CEO Laura Dashner and her response was to block me.

Absolutely Negligent

Terrible service. Wont return emails, will only call back at the end of the day. Takes at least a week for them to set up any appointments or do anything. My work informed me this would take 2-4 weeks. Going on to 7 next week. Would’ve rather kept my $600 and found another job at this point.

There should be a class action lawsuit…

There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for how negligent they are when it comes to their duties. Days or weeks to respond to emails or calls, counselors pawn you off to others and don’t inform you, there process takes weeks/ months longer than it should and when someone’s livelihood is on the line that should be illegal.
