Awful !!! Will never use these again. Royal Mail either lost or failed to send ordered items, and the Goalinn customer service are a disgrace !. Unhelpful and unsympathetic. Said i need to make a claim with royal within 7 days or they won't investigate, when they clearly must know that RM say you have to wait 10 days before they will accept a missing report. Goalinn then sent me wrong tracking number and a delivery photo from Royal Mail that was from a previous delivery. They have no complaints department listed on their website, and when i have tried to make an official complaint they just ignored this and won't accept a complaint or call me to discuss. Save your money and go elsewhere

Received used football boots
Ordered football boots. Turned up clearly used. These were secondhand boots, laces tied, insoles worn, scuffs outside. Impossible to speak to anyone.

The order arrived on time but sadly…
The order arrived on time but sadly notnin the best condition. It was a pair of new trainers, but the box was branded as "reconditioned". The trainers inside had been laced and worn with marked dirty soles, and black marks on the suade. Due to them being cheap and the only place that had stock, I managed to clean them. They weren't advertised as used, so disappointed overall.

Suspected Scam
The item was first delayed then eventually dispatched, allegedly, but failed to be delivered and now apparently the order is on its way back to the warehouse. Although I never received the item and the shipping error is not my error Goalinn have not refunded my now over 7 weeks since I ordered the item, despite contacting them twice.

Two months after I ordered there is still no sign of my goods. Customer service and tracking information messages have been misleading or confused, clearly stalling for time or because the goods never existed in the first place. A scam website, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ten days after ordering an item and it’s still not even in Royal Mails hands. Goalinn refuses to refund the extortionate £6.99 they charged for a watch strap. Their order page said the item would be with me 4 days ago. Absolute cowboys. Avoid!
UPDATE... Took 14 days to arrive. Despite many messages from their customer services team they offered no postage refund. Definitely avoid !!

These football boots were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. When I ordered them, the delivery date was set for December 17th to 23rd, but they arrived on December 26th. Thanks for ruining Christmas!

Package never showed up, only AI to speak to
I ordered a pair of shorts for a secret Santa that I'm supposed to be doing this weekend, it has been 7 days since my package was supposed to be here and I have been messaging 'customer services' for three days and have still not been met with a solution, no offer to refund or resend the package, I just keep getting an AI assistant who keeps sending me messages just basically apologizing and promising someone will look into it and that my package will be here soon. At this stage I'm worried this site is a scam and have no hope of help from the robot.
