There is an advertisement that youll buy in ther eproduct which is cheap but its no longer available after you pay, and you already clik on there terms and condition, unknowingly to me they will automatically deduct right away to my account, and Im really got upset, and luckily in there website I message in chat box, they solved the problem and they reply promplty to return the money, and they aswer to me with respect while Im really get angry. thank you!!

Yeah , they solved my complain , issue/problem , as they automatically deduct in my account , I didn’t read very well the terms and conditions, that they automatically deduct in my account a certain amount of money I think for almost 3 months they deducted a total of 28pounds, and I’m so furious and angry about it , the crew are kind and polite they help me through the process and they’re very respectful, thank you very much sir and maam for solving my problem, God bless 🙏🙏!

My issue was handled quick and the lady called me explained everything and assure me that my issue will be resolved

Everything went wrong. Didn't sign up for a membership and i took me almost a month and a half to finally get an email that i was going to get my money back. When someone says they didn't sign up for the membership I would maybe let customer service know maybe to look into it before reply with as per our terms and conditions.
