I bought the Goap.uk lavender soap bar from a Forces museum in Richmond whilst on holiday because I love the smell and its beautifully handcrafted bar.
Its made from goats milk which is apparently famed for its skin smoothing benefits.
The soap doesn't like to sit in a puddle of water so a soap RACK (available at a good price from Goaps online website) rather than a soap DISH is recommended.
I suffer from red, sore, cracked knuckles on both hands which is worse in winter. Copius amounts of various brands of handcream do not solve the problem.

After just one week using this moisturising lavender soap my hands are completely healed! I don't even need to apply hand cream any more!
The lavender soap is free from palm oil, parabens, sulphates and detergents at least one (possibly more) of which was obviously causing the problem.

I will need to monitor the soaps use in winter but I am already sold on this soap and heartily recommend it for anyone with dry or sensitive skin.
I don't normally use soap on the rest of my body but - as I am now finding (as I age) that the skin on my body is changing from normal to dry - I intend to use this soap as an all over body wash in future.
A great result from something I bought on a whim!

I love Goap
Only found them a couple of months back, but my skin already feels so much better than it has ever done
