Great overall

Great overall! A great experience as always. This is like the 5th or sixth time. I've been dealing with goat to border products and I'm getting everything I need. It is family fashion and I always appreciate it.

I enjoy using Goat for my sneakers, however…

I enjoy using Goat for my tennis shoes and have always been pleased with their services. However, this order was unbearably long in receiving half of my order and I was unable to wear them for graduation for which I purchased the sneakers. At the price I was charged, I would’ve expected better processing and shipping.

Never Received Order / Unsafe PII Request

My order was never delivered. Customer service then asked me to provide my DL via email. Proving PII over email is a risky thing to do. Most businesses know better and at least have a secure portal for requests like that. So far, I have not got a refund or replacement. The company should do a better job at resolving issues and also take cybersecurity/PII more seriously.
