If I could give them negative stars I would. I purchased the TV service and still don’t have the service and have received no response even after sending numerous emails (since they don’t have a phone number). G.O.A.T. Media service charged my debit card and I still don’t have the service. It’s a complete and total rip off. Don’t waste your money
