I love the models good condition every thing is Perfect

I’ve bought two models, the first arrived damaged and was replaced, after weeks of emails. The second again was very poorly packed just in a Jiffy bag, so the box got crushed. The model fitted together very poorly and just wobbled about. Overall I think the quality is variable, also these guys do buy back so you may get a second hand one at full price. Expensive and poor quality, backed by poor customer service who, when they finally respond are no help. Sent back awaiting refund, will likely have to get credit card company involved to get the money.

I ordered a model for my son as a Christmas present. It arrived rather quickly, yet very very poorly packed. The box was simply placed in a padded envelope. It arrived rather bent and dented and I didn't really think too much about it other than being a bit visually displeasing to give as a gift.
Whilst building, we realised that either a piece was missing or broken, as the mag lock wasn't working and the magazine simply kept falling out. I emailed Goatguns and they responded very quickly and asked for photo and vidoe evidence of the broken part. I replied straight away with the added evidence. They responded again very quickly to say they were sending a replacement part. Weeks went by and i received nothing. I emailed again, and they said they sent it, but since i hadn#t received it they would send a complete set as a good will gesture. More weeks waiting, nothing shows up. I email again (its now february) to ask for a refund. Its nearly my son's birthday and he still doesn't have his xmas present!. To the refund email they don't respond. I went through paypal to get a refund, and attached all the correspondence. GOATGUNS agreed to a refund, but left a very snarky message about me now getting a free set and a refund. FOR THE RECORD- i have not received anything from them in the post and doubt that they even sent it. I can see one thing going missing, but sorry, not two. I am disappointed as my son had a set before (from USA) and was so excited to have another. I would not deal with this company again. Perhaps the US site is fine, but i definitely don't rate the EU site.

Updated: it is now April. I've never received anything in the post. I have received my refund through PayPal, along with a really snarky message to enjoy my "free" set. Never received it, or the replacement parts. They never sent anything and lied about it... Twice, then have the nerve to give me attitude! Will never do business with this company again

I hate that i have to give it one star but else i can't write here, I "bought two gun models" they took the money and i waited 2-6 days the say, now 3 weeks later i havent seen anything no mails about my order apart from the confirmation that they took my money, at this point i just want my money back.
