It was very easy to order products off the website. My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the Rose and Geranium skin cream and the coconut lip balm. The skin cream is easy to apply and does not irritate my skin. It smells wonderful. The lip balm is also good and protects my lips. I have no hesitation in recommending Goats of the Girge.

Great products! To get five stars though the package needs to be a bit better. I am giving a skin pack as a present and the packaging was slightly damaged. I will still give it as a gift, but it’s a shame it wasn’t pristine.

Great product, quick delivery

My wife sampled your skin lotion at Ullacombe Farm shop , Devon, before Christmas, and absolutely loved the way it made her skin feel and look immediately softer and smoother.
Needless to say, as soon as I got back home, I ordered it online as a surprise Christmas gift. Ordering was simple, followed by a prompt email acknowledgment on 15 December.

When I had not seen or heard anything by Tuesday 22 December I emailed them querying when it might arrive, as I desperately wanted it for my wife on Christmas Day. I was amazed to get a phone call later that evening from a senior member of the family firm, saying that the lotion had been despatched by Royal Mail on 16 December and apologising for the delay. I was asked to check my post the following day and, if it had not arrived, to ring Nick on a number I was given.

The lotion did not arrive by the following afternoon, so I rang Nick (who had already tried to contact me) and he immediately arranged for a replacement lotion to be dispatched that day.

I am pleased to say that the lotion arrived the following day, Christmas Eve, my wife was delighted and the rest of the family most impressed with the after-sales care Goats of the Gorge had taken to ensure a happy outcome.

Many thanks to Goats of the Gorge for customer service above and beyond what one hopes to receive these days. Superb products created, and delivered, by a very thoughtful and considerate family company.

Lovely quality products, fairly priced and super quick delivery

Delivery was fast, the product range is sustainable, organic and luxurious.

Half the order delivered correctly, but the other half was not what I ordered -assume it was an unchecked & unnoticed mistake as there was no email explanation.
I’ve now had a very kind email offering replacement & compensation.

The lip balms are the best and beat all others on the market. The goats milk face and body skin cream is dreamy and I have noticed a BIG improvement to my face / skin.

The soap is really pleasant to use and suits my skin. (I'm 78) The geranium soap smells very nice.
In an earlier order I had some lip balm. I am not sure that it is so beneficial. Also it is quite hard and doesn't spread easily.
