Mouth tape is huge and results in clogged pores and blackheads. The only way I could use this was to cut them to be half the size. Nose strips do not stick properly without skin care on. They slightly stick on the first application but if the adhesive doesn’t take properly you can’t reapply them because they won’t stick. Expensive product that is not fit for purpose. Don’t believe the social media hype.

Honestly the best sports tape I have …
Honestly the best sports tape I have ever used. I mainly use it for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and all my club Loves it too! Even with weight lifting and crossfir it is too tape out there! Thanks Goat Tape for the awesome product! Super sticky is the BJJ tape for me! Osssssss!
