Irresponsible and Unresponsive
This agency provided us the bare minimum in terms of support, and their method of response was dismal at best. I tried communicating with them many times, and it took days or even weeks to get a response. I tried calling for help and they would not return my calls. They gave us no assistance when our au pair decided to abruptly break her contract with us and informed us that even though the au pair was the one who broke the contract, we were still required to pay her for unused vacation time, unused education credit, and that we would be responsible for paying her two weeks salary and housing her for two weeks even if she did not want to work anymore. They only offered us a minuscule refund and while our au pair was here, they offered her little to no support and almost never checked in on us except by a generic survey I received twice in 6 months. This agency is small and has a lot of rematches because they do not provide the support that both families and au pairs need. Don’t waste your money or time with them.
