If I could leave a half a star I would I purchase full coverage insurance for almost 250.00 I canceled it in 8 days and they said I could not get a refund don't waste your time and money on this company they are a rip-off

I wanted to speak on 1 individual named Jerry Square. Mr. Square was very professional and patient even though I was very irritated. This young man needs recognition for his work. He'll be the reason I will return and thank you for having such great customer service. Also the prices are fair compared to others.

I had the best insurance agent that I've ever had. He took the time out to explain everything to me, things I've never known in my own contract. I have to recertify next month and who do you think I will be calling to talk to George Serrano. And he saved me some money along the way too. He was polite, patient and friendly with me. 10/10. I would recommend this insurance becaue of him. Lol naw they are good as well. Great customer service skills.

The worker who helped me was great! They assisted me very quickly and provided excellent service.

Jerry was super efficient helpful got straight to the point and helped me with everything I needed as long as I asked it he would answer with what I needed to hear super satisfied with the outcome.

Prestanne Carter helped me resolve an issue that had been on going for almost 3 weeks. She cared about the situation genuinely and helped me resolve the problem. Incredible customer service and support from her. She was a delight to work with.

**Extremely Disappointed With GoAuto**

I’ve been a GoAuto policyholder for **6 years and have never filed a claim** until now. My vehicle was broken into on August 11, and the handling of this claim has been extremely disappointing.

My claim was reassigned, Blakely has not been helpful and has began avoiding my calls to check on my claim, Chris Fontenot’s email responses have been rude and dismissive, and Gabby Santizo has been out of the office. I should not have to chase my insurance company for basic communication and assistance.

After six years of paying for coverage without a single claim, this is how GoAuto handles my first claim. **Completely unacceptable.**
