Opportunity to shine only comes when things go wrong.
I will start by saying this did not go smoothly. Though, at no fault of GoBek, but USPS - Delivery issues.
As consumers and sellers, it’s easy when everything goes right. It’s almost Thoughtless. I write this review because it did not go well, giving GoBek an opportunity to demonstrate how they handle these situations.
From my initial email, informing them of what happened, to me finally receiving my order, GoBek kept me in the loop through transparent communications and frequent updates. At no time did they make me feel that I was at fault, doubted my sincerity or even try to make an excuse for them not to handle it.
GoBek Has made it to my list of shops that I visit regularly.

1st invoice price might just be a negotiating point
Product was top quality. Local warehouse availability was a huge plus. I placed the order online. After the transaction went through, I was contacted and told that I needed to pay $50 more because not all of my small order was available locally. They would cover half that. So I authorized that and paid the new invoice. Magically the order was available for pickup the next day, I guess the shipping to my local warehouse was unbelievably fast? Still probably the best price around, so 3 stars. But it sure felt like a bait and switch.

Holes were not pre drilled for rear frame !!! Some pieces of frame were bent making it hard for a good seal definitely disappointed..

It looks great, it's built really well, solid and heavier than a lawnmower, your regular pushmower. It's easy to assemble. Mine started on the second pull. My only suggestion would be adding where to get a roll of the cording or twine that comes with it.

Old paint
The 2 gallons of paint I ordered had a stamped manufacturer date of May 2014. That means it is almost 11 years old. The paint was quite clumpy from age. This was not revealed in the description of the product at all.
