Staff are friendly and polite, with great food and beverages (banana mocha 😍)!
A great lay out for TCG players with a good variety of stock! (Praying they start getting in Dragonball!).
My favourite bit - is the free board games to play which my kids love.

Preordered the 11th Edition box. Price was excellent. Opted for the Royal Mail free delivery option (despite the site saying they recommend DPD) and so it didn't arrive on launch day. No biggie, but it didn't arrive when it said it would. Contacted the helpdesk who said they'd investigate with RM. Lo and behold, it turns up a few hours later.
In summary:

3. Royal Mail are amazingly bad so choose DPD and save yourself the heartache
