The items I got are great and easy to use

Quality products , I purchased the AR3 XLT filtration system and the CHI Tank for heavy iron. The system eliminates chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, and very stubborn iron. Before CHI Tank the water in the tub, sink would have a dark iron stains. After Blu Tech filtration system the water has absolutely no iron stains at all and no sulfur odor at all.

Excellent shipping and communication on replacement filters

High quality equipment and products. A bit pricy, but the quality should mean the products will last for a long time.

Customer service very good though I prefer actually talking to someone vs email.

We are very happy with the filter system. We are comfortably drinking the water in our resort and making clean clear ice cubes in the ice maker.

We now trust the water we’re drinking in our motorhome. We drank bottled water for years thinking it was the answer to quality water as we traveled. Then a friend told me his Dr, who is treating him for cancer, told him to stop drinking bottled water because of the plastic residue in the water. He discovered the Blue Tech filter system and told me about it. We’ve been using it for a few months and the quality is excellent.

Easy to order online whenever I need filters. Delivery was seamless and timely.

I want to start with the product itself, the engineering and design followed by the impeccable quality is far more superior to any other products in the market. The support incredible as well, I was trying convert my hose and plumbing on my hose reel and they worked through countless emails and pictures from me until I was able to accomplish my goal. So superior product and superior customer service is worth more than the 5 star limit.

When we received our package it was pretty beat up. There was a part missing so I took a picture of the box and contacted Blu Tech. They sent the missing part at no charge the same day. Their customer service is second to none. Outstanding company.

Love my system and water softener, now I feel comfortable drinking water from the tap. Did a test on the water with a test kit and it shows that I’m drinking healthy water!
