I was not able to reschedule my delivery in time to be at hours when I'm home to sign for it. I'm thankful the delivery person attempted to contact me a second time so I was able to accept the delivery without having to reschedule it to another day. I just wish GoBolt's rescheduling system was easier to use online (I never received the email to reschedule after following the steps in my email confirmation for delivery,not even in Spam). Otherwise, very professional and prompt service from the delivery person!

Followed instructions and got it to us fast.

I appreciate that the driver took the extra step to leave the package at my door rather than a shared public spot.

Too much time to have my delivery. After three failed attempts, and thanks to the seller's intervention (Cozey), I finally received my product. Please evaluate your logistics and coordinate delivery times to ensure true customer satisfaction.

The fluid came out from the bottle. And the bag was open, the smaller bag was broken so fluid came out as well. Fluid goes everywhere to other products as well as delivery box

I placed an order with Lululemon, and the seller stated my package is expected to arrive on August 10, 2026. I was informed by GoBolt that my package is out for delivery, yet the unmotivated driver claimed they couldn't access the building and returned my package. The location is a Burnaby business that operates for the public from 6 am to 9 pm, and it seems the driver was present at 12:50 pm. I've attempted to reach GoBolt, but no one is available to speak with; I provided my name and email, yet haven’t received a reply. Very let down by the service, which is why I rated it 1 star; I would have been pleased to leave without any rating.

Exact notifications for delivery and tracking very much appreciated. Delivery personnel were polite and helpful and left the packages in appropriate location

The delivery drivers helped to move my items up to my second floor, as per my request— and really put in their best efforts in doing so. Truly appreciated! Thank you to the delivery team!

Terrible Experience, they handled my logistics from my Solgaard order and they were drag your feet slow getting my product to FedEx. Being only a state over from me in Brooklyn where I could have walked faster to get it, it makes no sense to wait days and still not dropped off.

I received notice of the delivery and the time period it would be delivered. It was received on time and package was intact.

Perfect communication before arriving and took the box all the way inside our house.
