My gripe, i was waiting for a renewal quote, id received notice, my insurance was due. When the exoected email came through. It was an email thanking me for my custom and that my insurance had been cancelled. Maybe i should have been more mindful and contacted RAC earlier. My Insurance had been cancelled over the weekend, it had cancelled on a Sunday morning. I hsd no way of contacting anyone and had work the next day. So before work opened a new insurance policy with another company. The only live contact available was AI chat. Ive since received a letter expressing how important it is to have insurance and to drive without is an offence..

Excellent insurance
The insurance was a very good price and I added some extras to go for the premium level. It was easy to do online.
I was glad I did this as a month later my car was hit by another and I needed to make my first ever claim. This was dealt with very efficiently and I'm waiting for my car to be collected and mended. Excellent service. Im so glad I went for the extras, which only cost a few more pounds.
