I have been with RAC for 5years
I have been with RAC for 5years. No claims. Wanted a quote for a new car and was given a quote £310 more than AA. Very disappointed that a loyal customer is treated so poorly!!!

Easy prompt renewal for a fair price
I had to email for my renewal quote but it was sent immediately. As it was acceptable I had nothing else to do. My payment was taken promptly so it was all very easy.

Terrible
I didn't even like to give 1 star but had to. I took out car insurance on 1st September 2026 for my Kia Niro. On 26th September I sold this car and bought a new kia Sportage Storm. When I went to transfer the policy over to the Sportage I was told that it was not possible as they could not insure this car. Because of this I had to pay a cancellation fee of £110. I find this disgusting as for no fault of mine they could not insure the car and I had to pay a cancellation fee. I will not recommend or ever use RAC insurance ever again.
