Te Oka was an amazing specialist who helped us organise a plan. He listened to us and helped guide us with better alternative options. Previous conversations we've had with other specialist they didn't really care too much about our circumstances but Te Oka listened and was patient and understanding. I normally wouldn’t give it 5 stars, as most customer service reps are very abrupt or hard to understand. We had the pleasure of dealing with Teoka and my goodness what a change! He was so upbeat and helpful.

Kanishka had great customer service. Great experience, was given clear information and was very helpful.

The guy I got at lunch time came across as a bit rude. I was on my lunch break only had 15 minutes, was put on hold for 12 minutes and I asked to go back in the queue again as I had to go back to work and they must of hung up because I was unable to answer at the time…. But on a happier note the guy (Kanishka) I had this afternoon was so much better he took time out to listen

I had the best experience with 1 of the Customer Service representatives! His name is Te Oka. He helped me understand what being in the certain situation meant for me in regards to my account. Also what it looks like for me moving forward. It was so easy to understand. He deffinetly helped me by trying to bring comfort with his words.
