Terrible service. Pre-paid for cleaner who didn't show up. Impossible to get through to a human to find their whereabouts or receive an explanation. Lead down a rabbit hole of automated responses with no resolution. The only way to get through was from another phone requesting a new booking ( clearly so they could take more money). Eventually spoke to someone who offered a £5 discount to rebook for the following week. SCAM. AVOID

When they are finish with cleaning, everything in my house was excellent cleaned and the entire rooms was fresh to the smallest detail.
