Thank you I loved my new phone case , excellent service delivery and value for money

Products look great but order processing, payment and customer service are really unsatisfactory.
No refund received for double payment of my order although I received two emails saying the order had not gone through and NO PAYMENT had been made.
After complaining at some point I received an email that the second order had been cancelled. This is incorrect, both orders were delivered and payment taken from my account. This is bordering on fraud and very questionable budiness practices. Result: even though the products look good, I shall never use this company again. It's not enough to have good products if the buying experience is a headache from beginning to end and the customer ends up feeling duped.

The website was very easy to work with.
You can choose your own design and position it however you want.
I initially purchased an Apple iPhone hard case with my design on the back, was so pleased with it I ordered a second one in a different colour.
The arrived quickly and look absolutely great.
My purchases are excellent and great value.
I can highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Awful service. I ordered a phone case for a birthday present and paid for express delivery. It arrived two days late so there was no point in paying for the expressed delivery. Getting in touch with go customized when trying to find out where it was was near impossible and I’ve since tried to get a refund for the express delivery which we didn’t receive and that is also proving a nightmare. I contacted UPS who informed me that they weren’t offering express delivery due to COVID so that we shouldn’t have been charged for express delivery. I’ll never order from them again.

Shocking service, paid for express delivery should have got it 27th jan,for a birthday present. 1st Feb still not here. Won’t let me cancel. Hard to get contact with. Can’t get delivery money back either which UPS told me they shouldn’t be charging for as UPS have cancelled all their express deliveries because of COVID but they are still charging us for. Bloody robbers !!!! AVOID !!!!!

Customized a phone case as a present for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Had ordered it well ahead of Christmas, but the original package seems to have gotten lost in the mail, so when I contacted customer service they immediately remade and sent a new case, with express shipping and no further cost to me. It arrived on time due to the great customer service and I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future present ideas.

Excellent product. The quality of the photo was superb and the case fits my phone well. It did take longer to arrive than I expected though. I would certainly use this company again.

The case itself is fantastic just what I wanted my other half loved it my problem was I paid to have it delivered before xmas because the option was there with the guarantee it would be as theres still time and it didnt arrive till after on the day it would have arrived if I hadn't have paid the extra costs

I ordered an iPhone cover for my husband for Christmas with a customised picture of the two of us from a previous holiday. It’s safe to say I’m not the techno savvy one of the two of us but this was a really easy process. It arrived in time and looked really fabulous.I’m not sure who was more surprised! I would definitely order again, we love the result. Thank you!

Order a case 10 days before Christmas. Came 10 days after. Paid for premium delivery 2-3 days bare in mind. Customer service was woefully at best, not listening to anything said and just kept repeating the same thing over and over and now just don’t responded when emailed. Asked for a refund on numerous emails as they didn’t know where the case was. The case arrived in the end and was decent but will never reorder anything from them again!

Product does not fit right and does not provide the necessary protection for a hard case product. Poor design more of a cosmetic attachment rather than a protective case. I threw the case away and purchased an alternative product from another supplier.

I was very pleased with the picture on the iPad cover. It’s great when you can personalise your iPad exactly as you want.
