There has been problems with the IBV connecting sometimes it just sit and spins. I have to try a few times? Customer service is pretty quick though in making decisions.

There is never any penalty to pay off my loan early and only a small fee if I request an extension. I can apply from anywhere and majority of the time its from the comfort & privacy of my own home. Need to improve
The company is good to help you whenever you need or how much do you need from them.
However, in past 2 months. Their services aren't good as before. None of them respond back to my email. No one answer me. So why do we need to contact them if anything we may ask. Customer service is not a great anymore. They probably ignore your emails until they took out from your account. Even when you need some more time or make an arrangement payment. They didn't respond back...only take out from your account or when you didn't have enough. They will charge you for NSF plus your bank charged you for NSF too. Which is very frustrated. Hope they will improve if anyone know how to respond to their customers. Thanks

Have a back up plan
I started to use GODAY for a few months, I got aproved for a small payday loan and I got aproved, i applied Friday and haven't received funds in 4-5 days, I haven't received any word on why it took almost 5days to get what I was aproved for. Not good communication i give communication a big ZERO, I did receive the funds but it took almost 5days, so if your in a pinch just be ready in case the same happens to you.
