I wrote a review in early April 2026 when I visited the Limoges branch to exchange 1000GBP to Euros. I was told I would receive 1050 euros but when I got it home it was only 950 so 100 euros short. After several emails and telephone calls they agreed that a mistake had been made on their part and finally today 29 May I was given back my 100 euros. I would advise anyone to count the money yourself while still in the shop to check the amount. However I am pleased that it was eventually sorted out.
