Beware- was charged separately for an item I did not order after checkout. Company unwilling to cancel item.

Ordered a sweatshirt, submitted my order, and was offered a pair of sweats. I clicked “no thank you”. Then received my order confirmation with a charge for my sweatshirt and then a separate charge for the sweatpants. I immediately messaged them to let them know the error. They said “due to systematic limitations, we are unable to revise orders once confirmed”. I said I understand that but I didn’t order them. They said I could use the return link when I receive them, (which charges $5.95 to ship back). I asked if they were sending me a prepaid label to return them since this was not my error, to which they replied “We don’t have control over the items added to your cart during checkout.”
Super disappointed in their response and lack of customer service, especially for a Christian company. Do not recommend.

Idk if it’s a scam or just VERY poorly run

I ordered two hoodies and one pair of sweats they took $171, charged to my card as Unicorn Egg , so I was watching it like a hawk. After 3 weeks and a “label created” but no eta on delivery…customer service says it should be 7-10 days, then just ignoring the fact it had been way more. I decided to dispute the charge on my card. Idk if it is a total scam or if things just went sideways on their end and they didn’t communicate an issue to me.Either way basically just headache and never received an product.
