Go Emergency 

Shockingly terrible customer service. I have been left being felt completely scammed by this referral service. They prey on vulnerable desperate individuals. Within 30 minutes I realised I had a solution to my blocked septic tank and called Go Emergency asking them to stand down. I then contacted the local company (that I could have simply called directly) who were decent, understanding and professional. They told me they didn’t like dealing with Go Emergency as they were simply profiting from other’s misfortune. The local company honourably agreed not to charge me unless they had actually departed their depot (unlike Go Emergency). Go Emergency kept assuring me that a Manager would be in touch to remove the £150 levied for a 5 minute phone call but despite contacting them on many occasions they were never good on their word. I noted that they are a new start up and haven’t had any reviews yet. This could well be a scam. Be extremely cautious and avoid using these brokers. Contact a local reputable contractor instead. You live and learn.

Would definitely recommend this site.
I had a leak in my salon a plumber arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. If left any longer it would of cost me ££££. Great team, Great service thankyou so much

Great lad that came to help out with some boiler trouble no faffing about just got on with the job which another company quoted a ridiculous price for just because they're a big company.

Legends!! Boiler stopped working and was showing an error. Go Emergency had this sorted the same day. Easy to speak to and reasonably priced. Goes the extra mile!

Boiler leaked, gave this service a try and couldn't fault them...at my door within an hour and fixed within 40 mins. Friendly staff and would definitely use again

Me and my partner have recently bought a house and have been having issues with our boiler, we called these guys and they were at the house within an hour and fixed the boiler. So grateful for the work provided and super friendly

I had an electrical problem with a circuit in my house. There was no power to the sockets and the lights were out. They had an electrician with me within two hours, who was professional and fixed the issue.
I would highly recommend them – great company and very fast service.

Last minute emergency, this company was fantastic and helpful to sort the problem. Honest and professional, we will be using again.

Pipe burst at 5pm yesterday my house was flooding, thought I would give Go Emergency a try and it’s a good job I did.
Within 35 minutes they had someone at my front door. He fixed it straight away no messing about. The service was fantastic.
No waiting on hold to finally speak to a person, connect straight away with an agent and it cost me half of what I was expecting to pay from previous experience.
