STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!

I cancelled my subscription a year ago. They still charged me the full subscription a year later. When I contacted them they said they would give me a refund. That was over a month annd an half ago and still no refund!

I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and they have stopped replying to emails.

Had the same issue last year and it took a review like this one to get my refund and then they asked me to take the review down which I regretfully did.

Not this time. I have contacted Fairtrade NSW about this and have reported them to my bank. Will proceed to report them to Mastercard as well. Proper scammers!

Bait and switch - Sell a product, force a monthly subscription later.
When they sold this it was a piece of hardware and an app that let you download your data.

Then they changed the deal, and don't let you download the data unless you pay them every month.

I hope they get sued out of existence. Do not buy!
