Great Solution for Facilities Team

Great Solution for my Facilities Team,
This worked perfectly as a balance between the excessively detailed asset management systems and the poorly designed work order only systems.
The Calendaring, Work Order, Preventative Maintenance, and other modules allowed our campus and staff to quickly transition the site activity / event calendar and combine the maintenance and PM calendar for use by both non-facilities personnel and the facilities team.

Superior Customer Service

Superior Customer Service! Cloud software very simple yet effective. A cost effective solution to facilities management with demand maintenance, planned maintenance and ability to analyze data for continuous improvement actions. The future will bring in predictive maintenance functionality. A big plus is the ability for anyone in organization to post WO requests as FMX supports unlimited users!

This program is working well for us

This program is working well for us. The ability to adapt to our needs is a great help. The only difficulty we have had is the fact that we are trying to make this program work for a PK-12 building. Since everything is in the same building, it makes it a little challenging to separate designations for Elementary, Middle School, and High School, and District resources. We've had to be a little creative in certain areas, but we have made it work.

It's a very easy to use product.

It's a very easy to use product. I had it up and running with in a few days, and it is very easy to edit equipment and other items from all of your devices.

FMX - EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

We researched several companies and landed with FMX and we are enjoying a partnership that has benefited us in many ways; utility savings, maintenance tracking and cost savings, labor production savings and happy end users. The FMX Team's customer service has proven to be excellent and timely. I would recommend this company and products to anyone that are seeking ways to enhance their business.

The FMX Team is great top to bottom!

The FMX Team is great top to bottom!. They are well led. They focus on providing a high quality product that meets their customers needs. This system has saved me hours of time each week and is helping us coordinate 165+ activities each month across 3 campuses and implement an electronic work order system and preventive maintenance schedule for our buildings.

The Support staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and quick to respond. They have listened to any requests or tweaks in the system. The Development Team is constantly improving on the already feature rich easy to us system.

I highly recommend this to any Church, School, and any other Business with one building or a million buildings! This system can handle it!

Really like the program

Really like the program. A few shortcomings, but overall very robust. Billing a bit of a problem, but their team fixed that. We are fully engaged in use of the product for mobile maintenance and very happy with it. Support has been excellent.
