Disgusting service

Disgusting service, hiring incompetent people. I should’ve received my package on Monday the driver lied and I said I wasn’t home while I was waiting for him. He didn’t contact me, didn’t ring the door bell and didn’t even leave the package in the mailbox. I receive a message saying he’ll come back on Tuesday. I sent an email and it’s a bot reply. I called the company to explain the situation, the call center was horrible I spoke with two people and they sounded like the memorized what they had to say and didn’t help me with a thing. They don’t know who the driver is, they don’t know where my package is and nor when I should be expecting it. So I reached a wall. Tomorrow on Friday it will hit the final day I should be receiving the package. I will try my best not to work with this company again because it’s built on an illegitimate base of dealing with every small detail. And as a person who works in customer service and sees that we are held to such a high standard and then after helping people all day I get to be treated like this… I don’t accept that

Extremely inflexible

I was expecting a delivery in France and the problem was that I had an international mobile phone and not a French. This made it completely impossible to complete the delivery despite half a dozen contacts during two weeks time with several suggestions of alternatives. Now I give up.

The worst delivery company. 2 weeks waiting time

I often order from SHEIN different stuff for home and I recently found out that they have a partnership with them. And let me tell you, I got the worst experience with them. First time, my parcel was lost in their Paris depot for one week. And I received it after 2 weeks. I called them 3 times. Anyway, I was thinking maybe it was really a mistake. Now, I ordered some stuff for my little boy anniversary, and this time I placed the order taking in consideration that it might get delayed one week. Let me tell you, same story, my package is lost somewhere in their depot and most probably will not arrive in time for his birthday because apparently they need 3 to 5 days to sort the problem and then another 3-4 days to arrive, which means it will be most likely 10 days later, not 1 April how it should be
.Now let’s explain that to a 3 year old boy that waits for his birthday decorations . At
First I thought it was an isolated case, but apparently it’s how they work. After years of ordering from SHEIN, this is the first time something like this happens. Before I got my parcel in maximum 3 days from the moment he entered the country. I really don’t know why they chose them to deliver the parcels. It’s the worst company

If you never actually want to receive your parcel, now 3 months late with a delivery, but is ok, they will deliver in 1-3 days,
Reported again, temu has banned them from delivering to me,

Amateurs

They are amateurs.

Their help desk kicks you out when they are too lazy to help you out correctly. They enjoy not giving you a clear answer and the next one gives another answer. I'd like to believe they are bots.

You have to spend days wondering when a package arrives as they put it on 'out for delivery and on your way' for three days. When you ask when it will happen they have problems tracking your item/helpdesk can't find your tracking. Followed by two different answers that it 'is in depot' and 'that they cannot see where it is and they will get back to me between 1 and 5 days.'

Keep in mind this is the second delivery time. The first time they failed because they never called me.

I'm already mentally prepared that it's stolen.
Especially when the help desk keeps shutting me off three times when I ask which one of their bs is correct...

This company is unreliable

This company is unreliable, i ordered something but they just delivered only an empty package in my mailbox, i send e-mail in service client but they never help me at all, i told them what happened but they didn’t understand the situation & they just said they delivered yes of course they delivered only an empty package they stole my order product! Very disappointed!
