In the past, I had many problems with my packages because the delivery drivers weren't respectful. For the past few months, the same driver has been coming every single month. He's very careful, polite, and always leaves the package at my door. Many thanks to this driver in Vleuten for his excellent service and kindness.

I HATE this delivery company !!! The worst that I know! they throw the packages over the fence, does not have e delivery time and NO ONE knows about the courier info / where he is/ when is it going to arrive / what the phone number is. they see no one is home and not call. they return the packages in the deposit and after days deliver again!!! This is not acceptable!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Package is gone. Customer service entirely useless, gives me hollow answers, no next steps and no help to retrieve my package whatsoever. They took a picture of a random front door and wall somewhere with a different house number than mine, that is not even on my block. I have no idea where they delivered the package. They have no idea where they delivered the package. My money is gone and they're not gonna help me.
Pretty sure some of the reviews with 5 stars are fake reviews to up their score, as it was so poor just a couple weeks ago.

My package never arrived. In the meantime, I have emailed back and forth 5 times with customer service, who constantly provide useless responses. Here is the timeline:
I email stating that my package hasn't arrived. I explain that the proof-of-delivery photos are incorrect because one photo is not of my building and the other is just of the outside of the building. Furthermore, nothing could have been delivered that day because I wasn't home.
They email back saying the package was delivered, citing the same proof-of-delivery photos I already told them were wrong.
I email back saying these photos are incorrect, I haven't received anything, and my neighbors don't know anything either.
They email asking for a tracking number??? How did they look up the 'proof' in step 2 if they still need the number now?
I email a screenshot of their own website containing all the details.
They ask for the tracking number again.
I send the screenshot of their website again.
They ask if I have received my package yet.
Useless delivery, useless customer service.

I contacted them after this review and reply and they're still responding with auto reply nonsense.

My package already arrived their final destination 2 days ago and when I called they said they need 3 more days to deliver it to me. Why on earth takes 5 days to sort and send the package? Overall, horrible experience. Package from china usually takes 10 days but with this company, more than 25 days!!!

Extremely bad delivery service. They damaged my package so badly it halved in size. Next to that they took a week to transport it from amsterdam to my home and then left it in front of the house without ringing the doorbell while i was sitting in the living room working quietly.

They told me they delivered the package but it is not inside the building nor in my mailbox- i never had an issue with anytime with postnl or dhl that someone took my package from the staircase so that is not the issue as well
When i track the package it says it is delivered to my street and it doesnt show any house number which I definitely wrote
so either they left my package to a random house on a huge street or they just never delivered.

Worst delivery service ever. Every time I've received a package from them, it's been the same thing: they deliver to a neighbor but don't say which neighbor. I have to go door-to-door asking who received my package.

"Delivery boy" (read it employee) stick ONE HALF one more time - ONE HALF !!! ofyour package in post box slot , makes photo and easy leaves. SXince I live on very frequent street enyone walkingaround currious person could easily pull it out and - your package is gone!!! ... for good and for ever !!!

Take think at least 10 times before you order anything and do you best to avoid shipping via this so called delivery compan.

Ive gotten 3 packages total from these guys and every time its gone wrong. Once on a completely different adress not even in my street, once it got stolen but as soon as I informed the company that ive informed the police the next day it was returned to me? (Torn up and opened) And then that i wasnt home when i was and the delivery guy didnt even ring the doorbell and was incredibly rude. I am so unsatisfied w gofo they are actually the WORST delivery company ive ever had to deal with

Multiple orders from GOFO have not been been delivered and the courier lies, saying that recipient was not home or refused package but never attempted delivery. This is in North Brabant and happened two Mondays in a row. Now it looks like the driver has kept the packages as the company doesn't know where they are. We may have to file a police report now, which is insane. Their customer service is no help. Every time you contact or call, they just keep saying we don't know where it is, and it will be 1-3 days. They don't know what the courier did with the packages and if they did steal them, they will "deal with it." Editing to add since Gofo left their templated response here. We have called and emailed GOFO multiple times and all they say is we will look into it and contact you back (which they never have, we have to email and call every single time). Their customer service literally does nothing but say we will look into the issue and we see a note that you have called before.

i do like the service and very precise when expecting to deliver. In addition, like the email they send you prior to delivering if there is a different preference on the delivery. drivers are efficient.

What a terrible courier. It marked my package as delivered, but I haven’t received it. Contacting them online is impossible because a bot keeps answering the questions. After emailing customer service, they sent me proof of delivery, and the delivery person had put the package in our trash bin. We throw garbage there every night, so since it was delivered a few days ago, the trash has piled up.
They expect you to dig through the trash bin to check if your package is there. I don’t even know if it’s still there, as some people go through our trash looking for cans and bottles they can exchange for a few euros.
They treat your package like garbage! I hope this courier company shuts down soon.
