Excellent service

Good reliable and fast delivery
Go4smoke is a reliable website and the e-cig is great! I only have one problem. My charger has broken as I put it in to charge I later took it out and it wouldn't unscrew, eventually it did but the charger part has come out and is stuck to the battery so I now can't use it. Other than this it was great. I think it is possibly a faulty charger.

We are surprised after 3 months that you have not reported your issue, with a quick email or phone call. One of our sales staff would of been quite happy to help you with any faults that you had.
As for quality on these consumer products we have the longest warranty on our batteries and atomizers in the UK. We do 14 days on atomizers, all the rest do DOA meaning dead on arrival for atomizer oral products. we also offer 3 months for batteries instead of 28 days most other companies offer.

Etank cartridges.
Good firm to deal with. They kept me informed on 'order received' then 'processed' then another mail saying 'dispatched'. The items cost me less than buying from the makers and they seem to be better quality. I'm having another try at stopping smoking but if i fail [ again ! ] i'll definitely order from 'GO4SMOKE'. I've no complaints at all regarding this firm.
