I don't leave reviews often (or at all) but this exceptional service is definitely worth a review and 5 stars.
GOFR went above and beyond to get parts to the airport for us asap.
We are a gold mining company working around a short season. Down time is the worst that can happen and we needed the parts in the Yukon asap.
Thanks to GOFR we were able to get those parts on the plane from Toronto to us within a few hours.
We can't thank you enough!!

GOFR came through for us at the 11th hour with a kind of unusual request: We needed a parcel picked up from a private residence, put into FedEx packaging and brought to a FedEx dropoff, same day. We had tried multiple other companies and nobody would take on this request for us. We were getting desperate when we found GOFR. The dispatch advised me on setting up the waybill through their online chat feature. Their email reply to my inquiry was quick and informative. GOFR searched and found a FedEx location nearby on their own initiative. The price was totally reasonable, especially for an after-hours pickup, and we even got real time updates by SMS during the delivery as well as a photo of our package as it was handed off to FedEx for shipping. We are so pleased and thanks so much to GOFR. Highly recommend!

Great experience using GOFR. I like being able to see the cost up front and being able to choose preferred pick-up and delivery times is a huge plus! Communication with the delivery person is easy and responsive and I have peace of mind knowing my package is getting where it needs to be through the real-time tracking and notifications. Will definitely use GOFR again and recommend them to my colleagues.
