On Go fund me.

On Go fund me.. I wanted to raise funds for my sister. The program walked me through the process step by step and it made going through the process easy. It also took the things I had to say and offered saying what I wanted to say and put it in better words. I am pleased with the outcome of the process ease of completing an add with go fund me!

It is difficult to express in words my…

It is difficult to express in words my gratitude for GoFundMe. And the organization that helped save my dog's life. As I was unemployed and still am fighting to find a job. And then suddenly my dog goes into survival mode. I had to give her CPR. Then overnight an Emergency hospital for animals. Where the price was quoted as $8000.
So many people helped. GoFundMe was/is a major part of her survival. She is next to me now alive. And I am hustling to find work. A major part in saving her life. She wouldn't be alive without GoFundMe. She would not be here. And the hard-working medical people that helped in this crisis. Family & people I've never met; I am without words. The highest level of gratitude and humility.

Great experience

Great experience. The only think is not sure what the tip was for and who it went too. I did message it because it was added to my donation and didn't see it before it was to late to retract and they corrected it quickly.

A Nightmare

I set up a donation account for a friend in Gaza, but it was paused as the link failed to connect my banking info. When I requested support, I was asked a list of questions, which I answered. Another agent then took over and asked me more questions, which I answered as well. This continued to happen with new agents taking over, asking some new questions as well as repeating the same questions. Eventually I expressed frustration and asked them to finalize the process. They did not respond. I initiated a new support request through their website, got sent the same questions, then got ignored again. I used direct and respectful language. It was infuriating, especially as it is a time sensitive situation and my friend is facing extreme poverty and starvation. What a nightmare.

Contacted them with a problem about receiving my funding, expecting the usual long winded excuses but to mA surprise it went very smooth. anything I asked was replied in a sensible manner and understandable. The problem was resolve in a few minutes to my complete satisfaction.

In this situation of war and conflict your organisation couldn't make the exception of funding free internet for Iran. A population of 95 million people have been kept in the dark for 2 weeks now and any effort to help them is blocked by organisations such as yours.
What a shame!!

Have a fund pause , the person I’m raising the funds for is having trouble verifying his info for transfers I’ve reached out to OLIVETT Go fund with an email that he does not know his password to his email his wife is deceased due to the tornado in Union city ,Michigan and she did all that stuff for them he’s not a computer savvy person .

I have been trying for two months to…

I have been trying for two months to receive a remaining payment of €120, and I am still waiting. During this time I have exchanged multiple emails with customer service, and every time I get the same answer: there is a “digital problem” and they are working on it.

Frankly, this is unbelievable. Being kept waiting this long for such a small amount feels very unprofessional. What makes it even more frustrating is that this company has already earned almost €2000 from me, yet they cannot resolve a simple refund of €120.

At this point it feels like I am just being kept on the line with excuses instead of getting a real solution. Very disappointing customer service and a poor experience overall.

It was easy to sign in for to make the contribution.
But, the sad part was that there was no mention about the "Tip" nor about the fact that it would only be tax deductible if to a "registered" charity. I was just too fast with everything.

I was a little concerned when I saw that there was no phone number to call and I had a problem but Leonor was excellent and got straight to the point with the problem I needed I got in contact 3 times with agents but Leonor really got the job done and set everything straight to finish the process and GoFundMe and the page is excellent and we’re really thankful for you guys.
