Foolishly stumbled on the website due to a clear scam email offering free items for completing a ScrewFix survey.

They ask you to pay the postage and then sign you up to GoGamingDay which charges the payment card €45 every 2 weeks.

I didn't realise this so I asked for a refund after they charged my account. They said they would only process if I wrote a good review. Not in a million years!

Scam website, be very wary please. Tell your bank to block all transactions and that they are a scam website they should be aware of.

I have subscribed by mistake to this site and in the beginning I have been charged with 2€. The reason I have subscribed was because, I was told, in Facebook, that I won a prize from Pet City (a pet shop in Greece) and I stupidly believed it!!!. On 5 January, I have received an e-mail by gogamingday, telling me that I will be charged with a top up fee and I immediately realized my mistake. On that exact date (5 January) I replied to them requesting a cancellation of my subscription. I have received from their part a confirmation, telling me that they have received my e-mail and that they will process it within 12 hours. And the next thing they did, was to charge my card with 35€, three days after (on 8 January)!!!! I have contacted first their agent Mr. Van, requesting a 35€ refund. He said that they don’t do refunds, but exceptionally they will proceed with the said refund, if and only if, I would write a positive review for them. I told him that they should first proceed with the refund and then, I would definitely write a good review. He did not accept it. I have contacted them for a 2nd time, in order to resolve this matter, and their agent Ms Nikki, did not accept to refund the 35€. I really prefer losing 35€, than not informing people about this abominable & unprofessional behavior. Please be careful with gogamingday!!!!!
