MODIFIED REVIEW: 2-14-26 Goggles4U DID refund my money since they have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" so I have to give them props for that. I very much appreciate it as the quality of the glasses was such a surprise as well as a disappointment. thank you!

Worst experience in 10 to 15 year history with them. Very little to chose from, MANY L and XL so not much choice. 2 day shipping did not happen what was refunded. Offered to choose another pair but had to be the same frame material and $15 so NOTHING but the rubber frame material I HATED so no thank you. I was forced to buy in person at Lenscrafters..for same price since Medicare does pay 30% in person..I could not see to drive. Just an overall bad experience from what was a good company...read the reviews. Things have changed and declined. No quality, just cheap junk.The Rx sunglasses do not stay on they are so wide and large. Never wasting my hard earned money on this company again.

After two attemps of help me get my glasses presciption right, googles4you have agreed to give me a full refund which I have now received.

I have just recieved my second pair of glasses from Goggles4 you . They were for my mother , both times they arrived in just over a week , the website is very easy to use , and customer service was very helpful . She is VERY happy with them , She wears varifocals and had transisions too , We cannot believe how nice they are and so very cheap . We cannot believe the price , and she loves her glasses .. we will definitly be ordering again . Thankyou so much Goggles 4you for a very happy mum lol x

I found the prices to be great and many great styles to choose from. Shipping was not bad at all. My only issue is the fit and since I bought them online not sure how to get them adjusted, I hate to send them back because of that, I did order another pair since their prices are great, just hoping for a better fit.

I had a fantastic First order, cheap saved money, bought a 2nd pair, unfortunately I opted for all the costings ect, unfortunately I broke them but customer service replaced them for me, my frames were unavailable but took this opportunity to upgrade the frame, cheap and cheerful is great but I wanted something a bit more upmarket, upgrade only cost me a tennant.

Had a hiccup with customer service but the prompt on their response via email even on a Sunday, not all of them are helpful unfortunately, but if you get a good one, their customer service is great!

Terrible service from this company- placed an order weeks later - I was informed the frames had a fault - suggested I choose another which I did -then informed- no rimless glasses in stock - requested my money back - will not deal with this company again

OMG, I ordered two pairs of eye glasses 3 weeks ago. Guess what? I still received nothing. Not even trucking number. Though the online order status states my order is completed. Their online chat disappeared from the website. Tried to phone them. They apologized for the delay, but did not give me any info, no tracking number... Beware of scum!

They are making my order again. This is the 1st. time I have never gotten an answer to my emailing them. Wearing a pair of their glasses right now. They make a good product.

Ordered my very first two pairs of glasses on the 15th of June
Order time was 10 days I am still waiting for my Glasses
Sent two emails asking for a tracking number but didn’t receive any response
Then I receive an email stating up to 21 days
This was not what Goggles4 you stated when ordering

Absolutely the best price on eyeglasses I have ever found. Quality is just as good as anywhere else, They are slow to get your order to you but the low cost is worth the extra wait time. They have sales frequently and text me discount codes with as much as 71% off. This has saved me many dollars on eyeglasses. I have purchased many times over the past three years and all have been positve. I would recommend anyone needed glasses to give them a try. It is a good, reputable eyeglass source with prices to make you smile.

Have still not received the spectacle repair kit I was promised 2 months ago for a pair of glasses I bought whose nose guard fell off after 2 days. Despite numerous emails and promised "escalation" to other departments. NOTHING. I have bought myself a repair kit for £2.50
I would have thought that customer goodwill was worth more than that.
I will not be buying again.

i go through glasses very fast by sit on them or lose them and I ordered 2 pair at 6.95 each and they arrived and I am more than pleased with them and they are good value
I did not expect fantastic quality but for the money paid I was pleased and will ow continue to purchase from goggles4you

This is a very good company i had a problem with a pair of glasses I ordered and they gave me another pair more expensive than the pair that broke.I would say they are very reputable.Very happy with the company Thank You Goggles4you.

Got my bifocal prescription wrong, unable to interpret the prescription blaming me for uploading the wrong numbers. It was a scan of a qualified opticians prescription which had been used by other companies with no issues.
Then using the exact same prescription said they couldn't do it unless I paid extra over 2x
the cost of the original order.

I am a verified purchaser of this company and I can honestly say this is the worst company I've dealth with. They charged my card 3 different times for the same purchase and the order never showed up. After half a month I contacted to see why and multiple customer service gave me conflicting information about operation problems, delays, etc. I spent more than 10 hours just to find out where my order was. They simply refused to give me a tracking number for a month. Only after I reported them to proper authorities they contacted me with a tracking number. Terrible company. They are so shady that they tried to remove my feedback from here because I gave them a 1 star (which should have been 0!). Unbelievable! My credit card had warned me about them, as they marked the business as suspicious activity, and I should have trusted my

I am very pleased with the style and quality of my glasses....as soon as I placed them on my face it was as if the optometrist had fitted them to the specifications of my prescription.... the second pair is a little off in one of the lens but it is for reading and computer use....when I read with them it is fine but when I use them for the computer the right eye makes the adjustment...the quality of the frame is fine for a 6.00 pair of frames but too plastic for my taste....to get two pairs of stylish lens for under 50.00 is a blessing...anyone having a problem with this company needs their head exam....I was at the eye doctors office here in NYC and lens and glasses start from 400.00 dollars a pair and that is the cheap ones...would I come back to Goggles, you bet and I have already recommended friends...

Day 1was 2-3 hours online and on the phone. I then emailed the prescription. Received reply saying to fill in order form like this. I did that. Order still
Wouldn't go thru. I then tried live chat 40 min later I gave up completely incompetent person

Says it's a UK company - in fact, it's a company in California, that is simply an "order taker" for a spectacles manufacturer in Pakistan - good luck with trying to enforce your consumer rights!

credit where due. my last review was bad, as first order was terrible.
however on this occasion quick, easy, value and fast. will use again.
