Bezior X 1500 Amazing

I bought a Bezior X 1500.
I am very satisfied with the purchase and the seller's support. The delivery time was fast, all questions were answered. I recommend the X1500, I've ridden with it and it proved to be a good product.

I am writing this review in the hope…

I am writing this review in the hope that it will help other people think really hard before spending their money on any product from this company.

I bought a Gogobest GF 600 ebike from Aligo.uk. Aligo sells their ebikes in the UK and in terms of customer service they are just as bad, but I only found out recently about it, after my ebike stopped working and they ignored my emails!!

Since I was very happy with the bike (until it stopped working!), I decided to order on the official Gogobest website a battery for my model, so I can extend my range. I looked on their website, I found the model for my ebike, ordered it. It took more than a month to arrive and when it finally did it was the wrong type of battery. I cannot mount that battery on my bike.

I reached out to their customer service and nicely explained what had happened and asked for a refund. A very long string of emails developed from this. Long story short, they refused to refund me, refused to admit that the battery model was wrong and sent me 1 video that explained how to connect that battery to another model of ebike. Then, they sent me a video showing me how to cut the wires from the battery they sent me and from the battery cable coming from the controller, and advised me to electrically weld them! What?????? Anything, just not to refund me. At the point when I got the email with the welding it was just before Christmas and I was totally fed up with them. After more than 20 emails, my time consumed, my money spent, I simply got fed up and decided to keep the battery and hopefully to either offer it as a gift to a friend who also has an ebike, or to put it on sale. It cost me a bit more than 300 pounds. They didn't even send me a charger for it, and when I asked them how I was supposed to charge it, they responded nothing.

I haven't heard from them ever since the welding video email. Meanwhile, my Gogobest ebike stopped working and even if it's under warranty, the Gogobest representative in UK, Aligo.uk has been ignoring my emails.

It is really sad, because the bike is beautiful and powerful, and, if looked after and serviced correctly as it should be, it makes for a brilliant commute and leisure riding partner.

Very dishonest company

I bought a replacement battery for an ebike, the battery was faulty. I emailed gogobest about it with all the proofs, they have agreed to ship a new one to me, then apparently it was out of stock after telling me the battery was at border control? After so many back and forth we came to an agreement for me to receive a less amp hour battery to be sent out "immediately". The original battery was 48v15ah, the one that was supposed to be shipped to me was a 36v10ah.
It has been nearly 2 months now. I've been chasing them up to find out what's going on, they were obviously lying this whole time.

I do not recommend to buy from this online store. If you are willing to take the risk it will be your choice.

First wrong tracking number was provided.... than suddenly the item was not on stock anymore....than they could not send item because they did not have my phone number....and so one. Never ever again

I had so many problems with gogobest and i had to run after them for a long time a to write so many emails and even to contact my lawyer in order to get back my money. I bought a bike from gogobest, i payed they take money and i was waiting and waiting and waiting nothing happend. i contacted them to ask where is my bike and till this time they toled me that it is not available i have either to wait again or to choose another one. i had to wait again and again and to write several emails.
They send me a fake traking number to make me waiting more and more nothing happend when i chek the traking number there is no evolution for more then 2 weeks the only thing that was written is "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."i continued to write emails they take their time to give relaxed answers they don't care if you are angry if you need the bike or your money. it was a summer time i had to travel for my vacations. i had to cancel my holidays trip in order to be here to receive a bike that was not even sent. i asked several time to cancel my order and to give me my money back before having the shipping notification. in this case accordinf to the conditions mentioned on gogobest website, i have the right to get a full refund: "If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel or modify this order by contacting our customer service by email. Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24H after receiving your email. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund." but they refused unbelivable .....!!!
after many mails and after receiving the traking number imagine what they toled me : the bike is not yet given to the transport company.......!!!!! it was only a fake traking number to make me waiting. they even asked me to write positivs reviews in order to support them as if it was a hiden deal if you want your money back you have to write positivs reviews about us. this didn't happend to me before. there is no respect to customers

I had a very positive experience with GOGOBEST customer service

I had a very positive experience with this website and especially the customer service after the purchase of the goods. Delivery in less than 10 days in Belgium, at first eye the pieces I order was not the correct one for the model of the bike I own, but after an email the customer support sent me a video of how to mount the pieces. Everything went good in the end, piece on the bike mounted perfectly, very efficent people.

I can only recommend them, also the price are cheap respect of buying the same goods on other similar website.

Attention: the seller is a scammer!

I experienced the same as "HugoTs".

I bought a treadmill from gogobestbike on 20/6/22. At first the machine was sold out. After an additional payment I received a treadmill at the end of June.

However, the treadmill is defective and does not even start. Now my nightmare begins: I should repair the device by myself, the customer service will send me spare parts, and show me through video how to repair it. No matter what I do, gogobestbike does not confirm a return.

After about15 days back and forth, I applied to PayPal for buyer protection. But Gogobestbike is so cheeky: After PayPal intervened, he informed me about a return pick-up. After picking up the items, he gave PayPal a different return address in Hong Kong. And Paypal even wanted to refuse my refund because I don't send the goods to Hong Kong. Luckily I can prove that the gogobestbike arranged the return pick-up.

However, This is definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had!!!

Ebike gogobest gf600-support

I bought a GOGOBEST GF600 electric bike,
I had a problem with the basic settings in the LCD display, the bike was only manual assisted. Remote service support and sending basic settings helped to solve the problem. Thank you very much for your support.
