I purchased the range finder for my wife. I misunderstood that she actually wanted a wristwatch GPS and not the hand-held rangefinder. I requested a refund and was immediately asked why I wanted to return it by a customer service member. This piqued my concern as it seemed from the beginning, they were trying to avoid the return. I explained the issue, stated that nothing had been used (not even a battery inserted), that all materials were unopened and the product was in absolutely perfect condition, as received. They asked for pictures, which I provided, showing the product in perfect condition. They told me to return it to Amazon in Las Vegas. I did so and the tracking number showed receipt on 3/25/25. Finally, on 4/15/25, I sent an email to customer service inquiring as to where my credit was. They responded that "Amazon service team said this is broken by customer, so we can't run payment back normally. Due to this is our product, we can provide an extra 30% off discount for you." This is clearly not true and appears to be a way for GOGOGOSport to not honor their customer service commitment and take advantage of the customer by fabricating a falsehood. There are too many quality companies out there to deal with disreputable companies like this, that need to take advantage of the customer just to save a few dollars. I will never deal with this firm again as I believe they are untrustworthy (as supported by more reviews on this site), and suggest anyone considering purchasing from this company to proceed carefully.

Piece of crap. Will not even power on

Bought a Gogogo Sport Vpro GS03 (650yds) & it's a cracking rangefinder for a quarter of the price of the big boys! I got it direct from Gogogo website with free P&P & a voucher accepted. I opted for the magnet & switched slope version at about seventy quid. It came with hard case, lanyard, cleaning cloth, battery (CR2) & instructions. It also vibrates when you hit the target flag which, I believe, some cheaper rangefinders don't. I prefer the separate battery as, with many range finders having internal batteries, I worry that when the batteries eventually die the unit is useless. The rangefinder arrived within a fortnight & is a great bit of kit. Recommended!

I ordered a rangefinder with the speed measurement option. After testing it, I noticed the calibration is way off. The website says the customer is not responsible for return shipping and handling if the product purchased has any issues. I contacted GoGoGosport and they refuse to honor that. Now I'm stuck with a defective unit.
