This is not a good company to deal with. They are Scam Artists. After paying for this and extra shipping in 2019 it’s now 2022 and they still plague my kickstarter account with lies, no refund and If I get one more email from them I’m going to track them down and break their legs.

I backed this 2 years ago through Kickstarter and have recieved absolutely nothing. Empty promises, jeep telling us it's coming, won't refund even though they haven't supplied the product. Website isnt even real which is a bit scary if they are really trying to make a good product that will be around and availa le for all! Shocking.
Those that have recieved it don't have much good to say about the product. Cheap, wrong sizing and badly made are the most common responses!

So, I backed this company because the idea is great. I loved everything about it. But then I got my product. I ordered a Large. It might fit a small rabbit. Do not buy this thing.

Look elsewhere. This is a crap company.

Complete scam, do not waste your money. You’ll never receive the leash.

Scam. Without a shadow of a doubt. Someone somewhere is sitting pretty on a lovely bit of our cash.

Do not send them any more money.

I backed this through Kickstarter, a week or so after they were supposed to ship them they reached out and said there were delays due to COVID-19. I understand that, I lost my job due to it, it made sense. Next thing I know they are asking everyone for more money for shipping and then turn around and start a brand new advertising campaign with the money they extorted. But promised we would have our leashes in another two months. 8 months later I finally received mine and to my shock it does not support the weight of dogs over 35lbs. I can’t even get the collar around their neck. I have tried to contact them through Facebook and email and they just ignore me. And they still haven’t shipped leashes to the majority of people that ordered them.

scammed via kickstarter. They collected my initial pledge and an additional shipping charge. They are basically telling people the product isn't happening now.

Scammers. Lost $70.00 to these losers, and Kickstarter does absolutely nothing.

Tried scamming us out of more money for delivery blaming it on covid. Do not buy their products not worth the hassle.

This company was on Kickstarter and was successfully funded but after a couple months they said that due to COVID they were losing money and in order to send out the products they needed the supports to send an additional $12 USD to cover shipping and expenses because they over budgeted for advertising. I found this very unprofessional to ask people who already purchased the product at the agreed upon price to ask for more money because of poor management.

The product was never delivered. Was a backer on their Kickstarter. Many, many delays with all excuses THEN requesting more money for additional shipping cost after shipping cost were paid. Not an error, they just wanted/needed more money. Bad business planning on the company part after admitting in project update that they spent too much on advertisements. They will not give refunds for your pledge. All starting to seem FRAUDULENT! Would love to finally receive the product without additional cost to me. I never leave bad reviews but this takes the cake and people need to be made aware of this company and their practices. So we will see. . .good luck receiving this product.

Sadly this company is incredibly shifty and unprofessional. Despite raising over £250,000 on Kickstarter the company has today contacted all backers and demanded they pay an additional cost. In the statement they have advised that unless we pay additional funds they will not ship the items. They have also point blank stated they will not be offering refunds. Really quite disgusting.

This is a scam. They have no intention of fulfilling their orders and started multiple campaigns on multiple sites attempting to raise more funds. They are asking for additional funding from the people that have already paid a very high price for what is likely a fictitious product.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The product was promised to be delivered in August, then they faced a production issue, pushing it further behind schedule. Now they have the audacity to ask their Kickstarter backers to pay more money in shipping fees basically to cover their advertising costs. This is straight up illegal, fraudulent, and blackmail if you ask me. Do not trust them!!!

Complete scam! Claimed item would ship August, then September, then issues with production, now shipping problems and they’re trying to charge everyone an extra $18 -$50 on shipping.
Do not trust this company, they’re committing fraud.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Stay away from this seller!

They did a kickstarter and then tried to blackmail ALL their backers by asking for more money once the funding was done.... Because they spended it all on ads.
And they blame covid while shipping cost hasn't raised to $35+ for one package.... Outrageous!
Stay away from this!
They don't offer refunds either as is also illegal by law!

So they are doing a lot of illegal stuff!
