Two weeks ago I paid €26 by Visa for a product. Money gone, no acknowledgment of payment, no delivery date, no sign of the product. All I get is persistent emails asking me to sign up for an undefined voucher.

One star is too good for this company.
It’s a big rip off. Ordered a door bell, was never received. Customer service is extremely poor, no response despite emails being sent.
DO NOT USE.

Slow delivery, no contact or tracking .no communication after complaint when goods did arrive , I have never in my life purchaced such a piece of junk .2D 3 set of illuminated penguins , christmas decoration. Meant to be £89 ORIGINAL . I would not even pay 89 pence . To send back not worth the cost. Look them up on the site. If I tell you the 3 are flat and fit into a standard size envelope with 3 tiny string lights. They are beyond belief.

Complete scam, no items arrived and they won't even respond to my emails

1 star is one to many , there should be an option for NO stars for companies like Go Groupie. They will not answer complaints will not acknowledge merchants email, and owe me £139.99. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY , item was not delivered and delivery person/s faked a signature saying it was me that signed for NOTHING , and item not at my house. So Acorn Living just as bad .

The mattress advertised did not turn up.a low quality mattress,with no resemblance or specifications got delivered. Couldn't get any details why only a bill for delivery and return before a refund. Totally a con DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

Clothing sizes are a joke. So called adult sizes seem to be for children.
Don't waste your money like I did. These people should be looked at by Trading Standards.

returned shoes because they didn’t fit, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is a legal right to get postage costs back as well as item refund. Go Groopie refuse to refund original postage charge.

Guess what, bought something on GoGroopie and it never arrived. followed up a million times and they send me even a fake tracking for the parcel!!! Don't buy from this company it is all just a big Scam!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I placed an order through GoGroopie, and not only did the payment process fail repeatedly, but there was no proper support, no clear communication, and delays that make the whole service feel unreliable.

When I finally got through to someone, the response was slow and unhelpful. I was left chasing basic information like payment links, order confirmation, and delivery details. A simple purchase turned into a complete headache.

GoGroopie needs to seriously improve their customer service, transparency, and reliability. Right now, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Also don’t trust Google reviews!!!!

I ordered a baby item off here and when it turned up it was about rubbish you wouldn’t want to put a baby on this . When I asked for a return address for a refund they told me I could keep it and offered me a £5 refund . I said no I wanted a full refund and am still waiting for a reply do not order off here

Oh, how I wish I'd read the reviews before I'd used GoGroopie.
Paid £14.99 for a "once in a lifetime" voucher for a random electronic item, ranging from an Apple iPhone13 to a Samsung A3.
A voucher supposedly worth £79.99.

I received; A Zens 5W wireless charger worth £10.
£14.99 if I'd bought it from Argos.

The kicker? I also paid £4.99 for delivery.

My faith in the internet is disappearing drastically and I should have stuck to the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.."

I ordered what I thought was a mystery electronic box for £12.99 and got a box of plastic animals and other useless items that best for the bin. I will never buy anything from these scammers again. I bought others things before and got duplicates boxes of lights and even an advent calendar of ducks but this takes the biscuit and is an insult to my intelligence. As they say if it looks too good to be true it really is! Stay clear of Gogroopie they are fake and all the companies they are connected to!

ONE Star awarded - only because I can't award NO STARS

Like a mug, I bought a copy of MS Office 2021 pro plus from the GoGroupies on 22/6/25. It worked for a month then suddenly locked me out one day, stating I hadn't Registered my copy of Office?!? Therefore, I could no longer perform ANY editing tasks whatsoever, until I purchased a "legitimate" Copy! I emailed the Groupies, who eventually palmed me off onto their supplier, SoftKeyCart Ltd who wouldn’t help at all and were actually quite rude. They completely ignored further attempts to contact them. I did have a look at their website about obtaining a Licence and I could purchase one from them……..for OVER $500.

Groupie, just either ignore you or send you round in circles, hoping you’ll get fed up and give up.……WHEN they reply, that is! Well, I DON’T give up! I intend to Post an entirely honest Review of the treatment I’ve received from GoGroopie on EVERY Review site I can think of. Here’s a few I’ve found so far:

The Groupies have ignored my request for their Registered Postal Address to send County Court Papers to, instead trying to palm me off onto their supplier again!?! They ignore their Customers, treat them like dirt and plough through the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as if it doesn’t exist! Well, it does exist and it applies to YOU GoGroopie. I did tell you, in writing, I don’t appreciate being ripped off didn’t I? I also told you what I was going to do if GoGroopie continued to flout the Law. I have copies of ALL correspondence, including evidential screen dumps, if anyone doubts any of my tale of woe.

Anyway, the Groupies have now missed their deadline and blocked me from Fb and Twitter, so I’m doing what I promised I would – I’m taking them to the Small Claims Court AND I’m telling EVERYONE how GoGroopie has treated me, in the hopes it will encourage others similarly wronged to NAME and SHAME then CLAIM! The Small Claims Court process is very simple – just Google

Latest: I tried to send an email to the CEO of GoGroopie, jonathan.mackeyatgogroopie.com and copied to supportatgogroopie.com but it bounced back, “blocked” thereby preventing me from contacting them directly under my own name - Interesting way of handling Customer Complaints.

Trade with GoGroopie Ltd at your own risk!......From the brief research I’ve conducted, it seems there are quite literally, hundreds (if not thousands) of aggrieved GoGroopie Customers out there. Evidently, I didn’t do my homework – if I had, I wouldn’t have been ripped off. I wish ALL disaffected and pee’d-off GoGroopie Customers the very best of luck!

NAME and SHAME then CLAIM!

I ordered a telescopic pair of secateurs with a predicted delivery of 7-10 days .
They arrived today 30 days later.
It took several calls and finally a request to cancel to get them moving .
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole never mind my telescopic shears!

Should of remembered what my mother said, "you get what you pay for". And boy was she right. The products from this lot are absolute shite.
Broke after a short while and then wouldn't pay for return postage.
Don't touch them with a barge pole, you will be sorry.

Worst experience of buying products from this site, nevere buy anything from this they are not delivering product on time and they are not even responding about your package, ive chese plenty of times for my recent order but did not get any single response from them, when i am asking about refund still they are ignoring.

Ordered a pop up tent 12.99 plus 4.99 delivery. An absolutely rubbish item. Very poor quality from its description. I wasn't expecting much for that price, but it fell well below even my worst expectations. If advise Don't waste your money on this poor quality item .

Ordered an item £17 on 15th June 25 not received, contacted twice and still no response. Be wary as there is no contact number just an email. So glad it was minimal amount I spent. Please be careful
