No stars rubbish!! Lost £60 + no items no explanation don't use!!!!!

Proper scammers. I placed an order for two sweatshirts a month ago and the items have not been delivered to date. Having filled the online form multiple times, I received an email saying I should wait for 7days for the merchant to deliver..of course that was another lie! I wonder how long before these fraudsters are found out and nailed

I wouldn’t give any star rating I ordered a mattress topper very poor quality I requested a return & refund that was two mths ago & I’m still waiting for item to be picked up & no refund yet

I like to give no Star to this company
A biggest con - do not purchase any travel related products - as they advertise at low price but when you try to book they can’t offer what you pay for but up sale the product which is same price as normal travel.so discount is just a gimmick.
When you cancel they do not reimburse money. Customer service is diabolical. Please please never use this site for any purchase.

Do not buy from GoGroopie as a Scam .

I received an email from PetrolPrices and as I trusted this site to find cheap petrol in my area opened the email and was cross sold an item from GoGroopie. It offered a smart looking USB heated waistcoat at the knockdown price of £12.99 and to complete the order I had to click on the presented link that concerned a "Voucher" . I paid by my VISA credit card so felt I was protected but 20 days later the promised goods still had not arrived and on checking I discovered I had not even emailed a receipt and the only way to contact the firm was by writing to them at a postal address!

I contacted my bank First Direct believing I had protection via VISA but they made clear their knowledge of Groopie and another "Voucher" based company and explained although they would try I had very little chance of getting my money back. I had read that PayPal had given a refund on the Martin Lewis discussion page but FD responded that this was a “business decision” and not backed by Law so not to expect that this was common practice. Martin Lewis site was also not complimentary as to Groopie and I read posts back as far as 2015 of the scam.

I checked the sent from address of the original email from Petrol Prices and saw it read underneath “PetrolPrices” a variation of PetrolPrices so the original honest website may have been cloned ?

I have contacted Martin Lewis and the Editorial Team at Which? to try and raise public awareness but they have lots of Scams to follow up so do take care. I shall unsubscribe from Petrol Prices who may or not be involved in this scam , as well as unsubscribing from GoGroopie . How is it that the Banks & VISA are not warning us of so called “Voucher Scams” because by buying via these sights you click away most of your protection and although you still have legal rights under the Consumer Credit Act the cost and time of going to Court tends to outweigh the effort so the scammers get richer.

I have not received my order or repayment yet 4 weeks total

Warning. They WILL take your money, then NOT send anything yet COVERT it to a voucher you HAVE to spend with ONLY THEM.

It is a classic con. My fault, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

avoid this company like the plague. they sell items from various small outlets and refuse to return messages and totally ignore emails. Bought what should be a jacket size XL. would just about fir an eleven year old. they dont care and Im £23 down which paypal cannot even resolve without going through the mill. beware beware be warned. Company called POLLYJOY.com was supplier

My son paid for two of us to go on a holiday through gogroopie.
I , by mistake, paid for my half, not realising he had paid.
That was months ago. I asked for a refund and I just get endless e mails, saying nothing. I am still awaiting a refund.
I will never use this company again.

Ordered jacket from them. The size is 3 times bigger than what I ordered. Trying to return it and no response from customer care for over a week. No customer care. Wouldn't buy from them again

If there was an option for giving no stars then that would be my verdict. Like so many other customers, I have not received my goods and despite contacting them on the website facility five times, I have had no reply. My dealings in the past have been satisfactory so I expected the same again. But following this disgraceful experience I will not deal with this company in the future.

I cannot believe that this day and age people would actually order from places like this, unbelievable 😱 but I suppose that’s why everyone needs to keep spreading the word about companies like this, how the hell do they get away with it ? I suppose in their eyes it’s that old saying’see a fool, use a fool ‘ peace ✌🏼

Disgraceful I have tried to contact this company using the online forms they have not responded to any of my messages!! It was only when I contacted the supplier who assured me they would not send the item and a very strong email they refunded but it shouldn’t be this hard to get money back. Won’t use again if 0 star could have been given I would have given it one star to much for this company and service. Would not recommend to anyone if it seems to good to be true normally means it is!!

They don't even deserve one star! Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read these reviews before ever making a "purchase" that I still haven't received nor had any correspondance about...Absolutely terrible...Avoid!

No reply from 3 emails, no delivery of towels, I will be taking this further, seriously hacking me off 🤬🤬🤬

What can I say about gogroopie or should that be rip off ordered my item on the 18th of September paid for drying towel clothes horse £39.99 plus £10 voucher another fraud never received item but got sent a free item 3 candles and a ceramic bowl not impressed numerous emails trying to resolve my situation this company could not care less about the customer just as long they grab your money after his numerous emails trying to find out what was going on still no response from the sheep shaggers down in Wales had to get in touch with PayPal lucky I paid through PayPal who refunded my money through PayPal this company are out and out fraudsters stay clear they will rip you off off I hope they go bankrupt and broke what else can I say compete crap vies anybody to keep clear do not entertain a right bunch of shysters yet again PayPal pay for their mistakes I think PayPal should ban them from their website and stop taking payments through them

I got no confirmation of the order I placed with them while my card was charged. I submitted a request through their site but received no confirmation in my email box so, I don't hold much hope of receiving the item I purchased from them. Avoid!!!

Bought an item and purchased two by mistake, tried to contact customer services and the retailer to cancel about 3 emails sent, No reply from Either, what a rubbish company this is, and the main thing about it, is they are getting away with it.
