I bought a mystery box which was rubbish arrived…

I bought a mystery box which arrived today. What a load of cheap junk. I couldn't believe what I received compared to the website. Who wants a select of tiny bells cheap bracelet and other rubbish. I wouldn't use this service again and have binned the items received. How can they get away with throwing a load of useless tat into a box (not even padded to protect the items not that they needed protection). Don't go near them they are a rip off.

Customer services? Lol

Ordered some ladies slippers, confirmation had wrong size, advised them immediately, no response through the contact page. Arrived wrong size, two more contact emails sent since, zero response. Gave one star review which flatters them!

I ordered bike lights which never arrived. The merchant eventually gave instruction on 26/3/21 to GoGroopie to refund me - still waiting despite e mailing GoGroopie Support Desk and also going through their ‘contact ‘ on their page. They just do not respond. 😤 would not recommend purchasing from them .

Poor quality products and rip off

Poor quality products and rip off , I ordered 2 refillable pods for almost 20 euro , I got 1 flimsy plastic container that would barely last 10 uses . Now i find it's not fit for purpose...imagine pouring hot water over coffee grains over a tea strainer..that's the type of coffee taste you get.

I ordered a bracelet from Gogroopie

I ordered a bracelet from Gogroopie. After six or more weeks ,of not receiving it. I emailed customer service. They said they got onto the merchant, after two attempts from them the merchant, they didn’t respond. They emailed me to say that they would have to give me a refund. It’s the bracelet I wanted not a refund. I got the refund in a few days .
The merchants there dealing with is not giving them a good name. I was furious. Very frustrating.....

I ordered interactive tablets for…

I ordered interactive tablets for children for Christmas. Never arrived. In January I was asked to €20 again in delivery charges as apparently I had no issued a voucher correctly. By April still no orders despite being constantly told that they were in negotiations with the manufacturer. I requested a refund which they agreed to. When one didn't come they told me that it was a credit note with them that I'm entitled to. Issue is now being investigated by my bank. This is a scam. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Hi Go Groopie

Hi Go Groopie - Please read below on a product I purchased via your company on a voucher to impress gadgets: - Not nice reading for you I am sure - I have never been scammed before but I…
I have never been scammed before but I think I am about to be. I ordered the video door bell via gogroopie and promised a delivery within 5 days 4 weeks later and numerous emails it finally arrived............................ But defective, did not work and eventually sparked and burnt my finger. Since then I have been given an address to return which in Bately but appears to be fictitious on every website for postcode and appears to derelict land...... Gogroopie appear to have dropped me also therefore I cannot commend either of these companies... I will forge on trying to have a satisfactory result and will bring down gogroopie also if I have to. may take yeas but I dont care €59 is not a lot in the scheme of things but this is not going to be my first SCAM I fall too. Impressgadgets/Gogroopie, if you are reading this I'm coming for you so be prepared !!! Regards a Very very wounded customer who has been cornered.

I am after bying a 4k sports camera off go groupie. I paid postage and packaging and everything but heard nothing even though it is past delivery date. I have no way of contacting the merchants emailed customer care 3 times and heard nothing and any time I did hear from them it was to say they will contact the merchant and they didn't even know when I would receive my order. Is it a scam ? EDITED 5/2/19: still have not recieved order even though it was ordered nearly a month ago and I need it for going away on Monday. Paid 10€ p&p for an item taking longer than a month. And to make it worse you can't get a refund they just give stupid site credit. Will never ever use this site again. Biggest waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
